Item Plan estratégico para la empresa “Productos lácteos salcedo”(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2022) Correa Astudillo, Yureidi; Ortega Castañeda, Luz Aleidy (Directora)In the present investigative work, the design of an organizational strategic plan for the company "Productos Lácteos Salcedo" in Palmira Valle del Cauca has been proposed, to which a diagnosis was made to know the real state of the company, in order to design strategies and tactics to achieve greater competitiveness, better results and organizational growth, define control and performance indicators for greater control and knowledge of the results. The importance of strategic planning in a company is a sign of success in the market with special emphasis on flexibility and innovation and meeting market demands. The company "Productos Lácteos Salcedo" has seen its sales affected as a result of different variables, among them; the Covid-19 pandemic, causing a global recession, the main factor that affected the company, inflation, increased competition, among other consequent factors derived from this. In this case, the company's sales decreased, which had a negative impact on progress and growth. In addition, the market needs other types of strategies to consider customer behavior and focus on new trends such as online shopping, electronic payment, digital marketing, use of social networks, among others. Now new strategies and purposes are proposed that take into account the panorama of all sectors, including dairy, which must be adjusted to achieve competitiveness and participation in this sector to work with goals and objectives that allow determining the direction of the company.Item Diseño de estrategias para la implementación de la compensación salarial cualitativa; Salario Emocional en el área de atención al cliente de un call center.(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2022) Chávez Perea, Karen Stepfany; Chara Guzmán, Leidy Jazmín; Silva Manzano, Victoria Eugenia; Martínez, Olga Marcela (Directora)The purpose of the present investigation was carried out in order to design proposals to improve the salary compensation system of the workers of a call center. Likewise, emphasis is placed on the need to create strategies that allow improving the salary compensation system and improving the working conditions of the employee. In the first chapter, a survey was carried out to identify the needs of qualitative salary compensation (emotional salary) in the service area. In addition, chapter two describes the stages, along with the components that allow determining the qualitative emotional salary (emotional salary). emotional) that adjust with the resources of the organization, specifically in the area of customer service. In the third chapter we design strategies that will allow the company to adopt a salary compensation system (emotional salary) suitable for each of its employees, since the levels of salary compensation are not effective enough for their workers, since these they are not given the necessary incentives to make them feel comfortable with their work. Finally, some recommendations are addressed to the organization, which can be adopted by it, so that the performance of its workers increases.Item Motivación extrínseca y su influencia en la productividad en una empresa del sector comercial área logística.(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2022) Ramos Maldonado, Víctor Manuel; García Orejuela, Esteban; Burbano Mejía, Brayan Alexander; Elsa Marcela (Asesora)The present thesis entitled "Extrinsic motivation and its influence on productivity in a company of the commercial sector logistics area", had the objective of determining the relationship between extrinsic motivation and productivity in a company of the commercial sector, answering the question: is there an influence between extrinsic motivation and productivity in a company of the commercial sector logistics area. The applied methodological design has a descriptive-correlational scope since its purpose is to describe the variables: Extrinsic Motivation and productivity. The total personnel of the logistics area participated in the sample because the degree of extrinsic motivation that the workers have within the organization is being verified and correlational because it is being measured if the part of extrinsic motivation has a direct relationship with the productivity variable within the company. Two questionnaires were used as instruments according to the variables of study, which the workers answered the items of each dimension in a responsible way, being anonymous. The results show that no correlation estimation was found between the study variables. It should be noted that the productivity levels found were satisfactory or very satisfactory, which is positive for the commercial company.Item Estrategias para mejorar la calidad de vida laboral en una agencia de viajes del Valle del Cauca(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2022) Echeverry, Valentina Alejandra; Vásquez Rosero, Yeferson; Ossa, Katherine(Directora)The quality of life of employees has begun to be considered by society, since this concept has been considered to influence the organizational performance of individuals. Therefore, a qualitative research of descriptive type focused on measuring the quality of work life of a travel agency located in the department of Valle del Cauca was presented, through the application of the CVT-GOHISALO questionnaire to a total of eleven workers that make up the case study company, which allowed finding that the case study company has a system that allows the presence of an average quality of work life, but that areas related to the perception of remuneration and management of free time available to workers should be reinforced. In view of this, a group of strategies focused on improving the aspects that cause this perception on the part of the workers of the case study company were proposed, as well as to address the strengthening of those dimensions that currently have a positive perception on the part of the workers. This will allow defining paths that will facilitate the managers to generate an action plan that will indirectly have an impact on the improvement of organizational productivity.Item Estrategias de mejoramiento de la calidad de vida laboral en una mueblería de Palmira – Valle del Cauca(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2022) Mesa Guerra, Astrid Carolina; Gustín Lozada, Leidy Vanessa; Bravo Melo, Nathaly; Ortega Castañeda, Luz Aleidy (Directora)The present investigation was carried out with the objective of designing strategies to improve the quality of working life in a furniture store in Palmira - Valle del Cauca, for which a quantitative study was carried out with a descriptive approach using of the CVT-GOHISALO instrument as an information collection instrument, made up of 7 dimensions and 74 items and applied to the 30 workers that make up the company. The results allowed us to conclude that in the furniture store under study, a satisfaction level of 65% of the criteria of the quality of working life is currently met, denoting deficiencies and weaknesses mainly in the definition of procedures and functions, the design and application of a strategic direction related to its activity and reason for being as a company, lack of a coexistence manual and selection processes, induction, re-induction and training of personnel as well as channels and spaces that encourage communication and participation of its members. Due to the above, strategies and actions were defined aimed at improving said panorama as part of the contribution, responsibility and commitment that the management and furniture store must offer to their human talent as a way of strengthening the accompaniment, leadership, learning and individual and collective skills.Item Modelo de negocio para el desarrollo de un emprendimiento de ropa deportiva para el género femenino en el municipio de Palmira.(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2022) Hernández Arboleda, Mayra Alejandra; Galvis Serna, Diego Armando (Director)The present work proposes a business idea for the production and commercialization of sportswear. Considering that it is currently a trend that is growing up, and it is pertinent to be evaluated in terms of economic viability and desirability. The range of this work is focused on designing a business model for the sustainable production and marketing of sportswear in the city of Palmira, Valle del Cauca, Colombia. Within the development of the work, it should be clarified that the technical and conceptual description of the business idea is presented, for this reason the approach is not applied in a business plan. For the methodological process, we worked under the investigation of the qualitative approach which allows collecting and analyzing the data, using the inductive method, and carrying out an early market validation. Finally, with the results obtained by the survey, it is possible to identify important determinants such as economic capacity, frequency of physical activity, designs, and silhouettes of the garments among other fundamental factors for the application of the business model. After having carried out the present investigation, the next step is to consolidate the prototype and carry out the business plan.Item Diseño de un plan de mercadeo para el restaurante Los Cisnes ubicado en el municipio de Palmira(2022) Perea Mina, María L.; Martínez Banguera, Crivel; Vera Ramos, Fabio A.; Ossa, Katherine (Directora)Los Cisnes restaurant is a medium-sized company in the municipality of Palmira Valle del Cauca, whose purpose is to satisfy the needs of customers by meeting their demands, providing the best quality and service. Being thus a market that is characterized by having several competitors and a predominant demand, it is necessary for the company to be well organized to be more competitive and stand out within the gastronomic sectors. Given that the situation is complex due to the impact left by the covid-19 pandemic, which limited the operation and considerably affected financial stability, the need to propose marketing strategies for Los Cisnes restaurant is evident. The objective of this research is to design a proposal for the formulation of actions towards the restaurant that will help it to robustly consolidate its internal and external environment, to cope with the threats and demands of the external environment. A qualitative study of a descriptive approach and inductive method was selected as a methodology, which will use employees as a primary source to be able to carry out an organizational diagnosis, which allows the combination of some companies and guides the development of field strategies. The results describe each of the intervention actions and the new proposals for strategies and purposes to solve the identified weaknesses and threats, and thus enhance and take advantage of the present opportunitiesItem Factores psicosociales intralaborales y motivación extrínseca en los trabajadores del área administrativa de una IPS.(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2022) Arenas Victoria, Valentina; Jiménez Palomino, María Gabriela; Ramírez Bedoya, Linda Vanessa; Martínez Espinosa, Olga Marcela (Directora)The following research seeks to determine the factors of intralaboral psychosocial risk and extrinsic motivation to which workers at the administrative area of a HCF (Health Care Facility) are exposed, as key factors for their productivity, satisfaction and performance. A descriptive, documentary-field, correlational research was developed, with a mixed approach and deductive research method. For this, two questionnaires were used, the battery of intra-labor psychosocial risks of the Colombian Ministry of Social Protection and the questionnaire of motivation for work CMT; both were applied to a population of 21 workers. Along these lines, for the questionnaire of intralaboral psychosocial risk factors in its form A (applied to bosses, professionals or technicians) favorable findings were evidenced, since 82% showed as a general result "without risk". furthermore, the questionnaire in its form B (applied to positions of auxiliaries and operators) as a total result showed that 50% are "without risk" and "low risk", 30% of them are at "high risk" and "very high". Finally, the extrinsic motivation factors that most affect the working life of workers are salary remuneration, promotion and the teamwork.Item Diseño de un plan estratégico de marketing digital para el posicionamiento de la empresa ACR PLUS S.A.S(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2022) Garcés Hurtado, Juan Sebastián; Peñaranda Franco, María Camila; Galvis Serna, Diego Armando (Director)The financial sector has gone through a substantial drop in the accommodation of financial products in the market, this caused due to the recent pandemic caused by the virus known as COVID-19 which produced a substantial reduction in the purchasing power and debt capacity of Colombian citizens, which has led companies in this sector to generate better digital marketing strategies that allow them to cope with the consequences generated by the pandemic. Therefore, an exploratory and descriptive qualitative study of the strategies used by the company ACR Plus was carried out to determine their effectiveness, collecting information through the application of a survey to a representative sample of 384 individuals; allowing to show that in the organization there are weaknesses in the strategies currently used in terms of marketing, thus establishing a starting point for the formulation of an action plan based on the inbound marketing model. Thus, after conducting the research, it is concluded that it is important to search for digital marketing models that allow companies to have greater communication with their potential consumers and strengthen the relationship with those who already consume their products, in this case the financial services offered by ACR Plus.Item Los estilos de liderazgo y su relación con la Satisfacción laboral: un análisis bibliométrico(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2022) Arbeláez Rojas, María Camila; García Cerón, Ilian Dahiana; Jaramillo Rojas, María Alejandra; Arango, Alexandra (Directora)The purpose of the article is to be able to describe the relationship between leadership styles and job satisfaction of people within organizations according to a literature review. With the above, a bibliometric analysis is carried out, in which 136 articles published between the years 2019 and 2022 were selected. In the analyzed literature, it is found that the influence that some leadership styles, such as transactional and transformational, have on the job satisfaction is positive, thus perceiving that the combination of both styles is necessary for effective leadership to occur and increase job satisfaction in workers.Item Identificación de estrategias para afrontar el desempleo en jóvenes universitarios egresados del programa de administración de empresas a nivel local, departamental y nacional.(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2022) Barreto Vera, José David; Ordoñez Popayán, Daniela Alejandra; Ramírez Ruano, Fabio José; Ossa Solano, Katherine (Director)According to the International Labor Organization (ILO), currently the phenomenon of unemployment has become a very discouraging problem, especially for certain population groups such as young people. This research, in this regard, was able to identify this problem in a more specific context such as the Valle del Cauca region, especially Palmira Valle, where youth unemployment is representing a challenge for the various governmental organizations, from this context reading, a couple of questions were established, thinking about possible alternatives to address unemployment and the relationship with the various public policies that have been generated in this regard, How to address unemployment in young university graduates of the business administration program in the city of Palmira, Valle del Cauca, was the main question, to address unemployment in young university graduates of the business administration program in the city of Palmira, Valle del Cauca, was the main question. In order to answer this question, the main objective of the study was to provide an account of the alternatives available to young people to face unemployment, in addition to other objectives such as the review and evaluation of public policies on employment in Colombia in the last five years, through a qualitative methodology, making use of techniques such as documentary review, systematization and descriptive analysis of the results of the study, systematization and descriptive content analysis, it was found that government entities have created various programs, projects and regulations to promote and guarantee youth labor insertion, but these have not been sufficient, since unemployment figures are growing, i.e., young people are not being inserted into the labor market. Regarding strategies to address this situation, it is proposed that there be more communication channels to socialize the various employment promotion programs such as employability workshops, employment exchanges, and financing for entrepreneurship. This document describes these programs, their objectives, benefits, among others.Item Estilo de liderazgo y su relación con la gestión en la empresa comercializadora de productos de papelería en Palmira Valle del Cauca.(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2022) Bernal Castañeda, Jorge Hernán; Gómez Duque, Yulieth; Suarez Macedo, Neicy Johana (Director)The following study was interested in addressing the phenomenon of leadership styles in the management of a traditional family type company in the city of Palmira. The main objective was to analyze the relationship between the predominant leadership style and the management of a paper trading company. As a theoretical reference, Kurt Lewin's proposal about the styles (authoritarian, democratic and laissez-faire) was taken and in the methodological aspect, the research was developed from the mixed approach, where through techniques such as the survey (Kurt Lewin's questionnaire) and the structured interview, the most relevant information was collected, and as for the analysis, this was supported by the use of SWOT matrices. As a sample, two relevant figures were approached, the commercial manager (father) and the commercial director (daughter), that is, the second and third generations. The results showed a predominance of the democratic style, which has brought different benefits for the management of the company, especially with regard to quality, since they considered that teamwork and responsible delegation of functions facilitate the work and promote cohesion among the different members of the company.Item Evolución del markenting hasta la era de las nuevas tecnologías y la industria 4.0(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2022) Barrios Domínguez, Sofía; Rojas Pérez, Jhoan Andrés; Galvis Serna, Diego Armando (Director)The main objective of this research was to identify the evolution of marketing 4.0 associated with the development of new technologies and industry 4.0. To achieve this, a documentary research was carried out, based on a literature review, where a systematized search and compilation of studies related to the topic was carried out in national and international databases and institutional repositories. The information gathered was organized in the different sections of the following document, thus showing the evolution of marketing over the years. Also, a bibliometric analysis was carried out to know the advances and trends in research and scientific production of the last 10 years on the relationship between marketing and Industry 4.0.Item Diseño de estrategias de compensación salarial cualitativa (salario emocional) para un centro de servicios recreativos del Valle del Cauca(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2022) Barona Gómez, Miguel Ángel; Erazo Ruales, Jessica Elizabeth; Martínez Espinosa, Olga Marcela (Directora)The main objective of the following study was to design qualitative salary compensation strategies (emotional salary) for a recreational services center in Valle del Cauca. To achieve this, a process of identification of the needs of workers in relation to qualitative salary compensation was carried out. Methodologically, the research was framed from the mixed approach, privileging the qualitative in a descriptive and exploratory scope. In the data collection techniques, an instrument for the valuation of emotional salary was applied on a Likert-type scale, which had closed and open questions. The information was processed, organized and systematized through the IBM SPSS statistical software, to subsequently carry out a descriptive analysis taking into account the measures of central tendencies and frequency. In the main results, it was found that the organization had not implemented a qualitative salary compensation system, which is very necessary for the personnel, since they stated that they needed better spaces, flexibility and understanding on the part of the company to achieve a balance between family and work life; likewise, it was identified that many of them require help for career development. To this end, a series of strategies were proposed as recommendations for the company, which were focused on the work-family relationship and the career plan.Item Modelo de negocio del emprendimiento casa arte.(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2022) Manzano Álvarez, Isabella; Armando Varón, Jorge; Yaluzan, Eylen Fernanda; Ortega Castañeda, Luz AleidyThe present work is developed with the objective of designing a business model for the Casa Arte enterprise that allows its positioning in the market, considering that the enterprise dedicated to the commercialization of hand-painted paintings presents a business opportunity, given the Exponential growth and acceptance of the arts sector in Colombia. Therefore, an external analysis based on the IPC matrix is implemented where the strengths and weaknesses are obtained, as well as a survey of 100 potential clients evidencing the aspects in which positioning strategies should be applied taking into account account the modules of the Business Model Canvas developed. Finally, direct actions are proposed in search of reducing the shortcomings of the business idea, considering that the proposal to get married presents a significant acceptance by potential clients and the purchase intention, taking into account the sales projections made, it is concluded that the business model is economically viable.Item Plan de mejoramiento de los procesos administrativos en una empresa del sector agropecuario en Cerrito, Valle del Cauca(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2022) Morales Ayala, Daniel; Rojas Valencia, Katherine; Ossa Solano, Katherine (Director)The main objective of the following research proposed the design of an improvement plan of the administrative processes in a MiPymes of the Valle del Cauca region of the agricultural sector. For this, it was positioned at a methodological level from a paradigm of mixed character, through which qualitative and quantitative collection techniques were used, such as interviews and the application of a questionnaire related to the topic of quality, control and improvement. Subsequently, the data were statistically analyzed using IBM SPSS software and, as a complement, a characterization with SWOT matrices was carried out. Among the results, multiple shortcomings were found related to organizational structure, planning, verification, etc., and different tactics were designed to strengthen these areas. Finally, it was concluded that not having an adequate process management places any company in a risk zone that threatens its survival in the market.Item El impacto del riesgo psicosocial en el clima organizacional de las empresas(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2022) Quina Gaviria, Natalia; Trejo Pineda, Ccristhian Andres; Cuartas Abadia, Luis Hernando; Katherine Ossa (Directora)The present focuses on the analysis of psychosocial risk factors in the organizational climate and the way in which they impact the quality of life and the physical and mental health of the collaborators, and that consequently define their productivity and competitiveness. Establishing the consequences of labor conflicts caused by stress is one of the most representative determinants among psychosocial risk factors, since it is reflected in people's emotional health, triggering behavioral changes that affect the work environment. It seeks to identify the existing relationship between the risk factors and the organizational climate, through a descriptive, exploratory and qualitative study, with which it achieves the analysis and characterization of the most determining labor factors in the health and work conditions of the labor force in Colombia. The applied methodology allows a tour of different studies carried out in the last four years and with which those psychosocial risks that have a direct relationship with the organizational climate are analyzed and prioritized.Item Plan de acción para el proceso de almacenamiento de frutas y verduras en la empresa “Mega fruver la mayorista” de la ciudad de Palmira Valle(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2023) Peña González, Leandra; Satizabal Pasichana, Ingrit Jhoana; Yela Cortes, Daniela Fernanda; Ossa Solano, Katherine (Directora)The Fruver are establishments that allow to supply the family basket in an ideal way, since in these you can buy fruits and vegetables that are much more favorable for buyers thanks to the fact that their prices are more affordable, the products they offer are less processed, they do not take much storage time, all this is thanks to the fact that most of these places have established two fundamental internal policies: offer products in good condition and offer an economic price with respect to the competition. This is why for the fruvers maintaining high levels of quality in the products is essential, which is why within these specific storage characteristics are evident, such as: ordering the products so that they are attractive to customers, that those products circulate first that their life cycle is shorter, that is to say that those products that tend to deteriorate faster due to climatic factors, their composition or humidity are sold faster, so as not to generate gradual losses, in the event that there are products that do not reach the fruit have the ideal characteristics to be sold, market strategies such as price reduction are used, however, despite all the processes and strategies that are used within these, it can be found that a high waste of fruits and vegetables is generated in these sites either by factors such as maturation, transportation, refrigeration system or storage process, which also In addition to generating environmental impacts on the environment, it also generates greater spending on the purchase of these supplies. What has led these organizations to consider the implementation of strategies that allow them to reduce product waste, improve the storage process to generate greater durability and thus gradually reduce losses and high expenses generated in periodic purchases, and also make suitable use of the organic waste produced in the exercise of its financial activities, to propose these strategies, analytical studies must be carried out from various sources of information such as books, scientific articles, theses, among others, which offer qualitative and quantitative information on the level of waste that are generated internally in the fruver, the factors that cause fruit and vegetable products to be discarded, the contamination emitted in the process of the internal logistics chain or also called the inventories of the surtifruver, in order to create strategies that allow better management in storage of this s products in order to generate greater profitability through the reduction of expenses generated by the high frequency of purchases due to the degrees of waste, and that also allow the fruver to reduce or use organic waste in order to generate a competitive advantage.
