A través de escenarios oscuros: Impacto del uso de inteligencia artificial generativa en el campo de la seguridad de la información en un país de América latina

Artificial intelligence, and in particular generative artificial intelligence, has enabled the use of generative algorithms that allow cybercriminals to automate and customize their attacks, adapting them to the specific vulnerabilities of their targets. This is particularly damaging to the financial, government, and critical infrastructure sectors. On the other hand, the creation of fake content, deepfake, has proliferated thanks to the poor performance of such algorithms, leading to disinformation and manipulation campaigns that affect the political and social stability of a region. This article explains the negative impact of the use of generative artificial intelligence in the field of information security in Colombia. To do this, research was conducted on the threats of the use of generative artificial intelligence in information security. Once the research was conducted, a comparison was made between the threats and impacts of the use of generative artificial intelligence in information security in the international context versus Colombia. Finally, the results obtained from the research on the risks were documented, as well as the comparison of the threats and impacts of the use of generative artificial intelligence in the field of information security in the international context versus Colombia.
Abordaje del síndrome de ansiedad desde el enfoque psicosocial

This bibliographical review aims to provide tools to identify the characterological traits of anxiety, the factors that may represent a risk or be protective in the person's social environment and the types of treatment and current interventions. Through the search in four databases, it was possible to carry out the analysis of 32 articles by authors in different countries of the American and European continent, a variety of professions and disciplines were evidenced that contributed a multiplicity of perspectives. As a result, it was found that there is a specific population that is mostly affected by AS (anxiety syndrome), women, as well as a range of ages ranging from 6 to 40 years who are more likely to experience an episode of SA either due to the educational or work context. Finally, as a discussion, it is proposed to be able to dimension new intervention alternatives to counteract the symptoms of AS and the proposal of a gender perspective to investigate the forms of oppression towards women and its consequences in the deterioration of their mental health.

Musculoskeletal disorders arise from internal biomechanical factors or injuries, affecting the musculoskeletal system and often linked to prolonged exposure to specific activities. This study aimed to identify physiotherapy intervention techniques and their effectiveness in musculoskeletal injuries among weightlifting athletes. A search was conducted in multiple databases (2017–2022), yielding 247 articles, of which 7 met the selection criteria for final evaluation.
Abordaje fisioterapéutico en mujeres con incontinencia urinaria de esfuerzo. Revisión documental período 2009-2018

El presente trabajo se denomina revisión documental en abordaje fisioterapéutico en mujeres con incontinencia urinaria de esfuerzo según lo reportado en la literatura en los años 2009 al 2018 cuyo objetivo principal es determinar las técnicas fisioterapéuticas más utilizadas en la rehabilitación en la incontinencia urinaria en mujeres que la padecen. La Sociedad Internacional de Continencia definió en 2002 la incontinencia urinaria (IU) como la manifestación por parte del paciente de cualquier pérdida de orina involuntaria. Se pueden diferenciar diferentes tipos de IU, de esfuerzo (IUE) como pérdida involuntaria de orina durante un esfuerzo, el ejercicio físico, la tos o el estornudo, IU de urgencia (IUU) como la pérdida involuntaria de orina acompañada o inmediatamente precedida por urgencia e incontinencia urinaria mixta (IUM) como pérdida involuntaria de orina asociada a la urgencia y también a un esfuerzo, ejercicio físico, al estornudar y al toser. Esta enfermedad afecta principalmente a la mujer no solo en la edad adulta, sino que está presente en todas las edades.

Abordaje psicológico de la esquizofrenia desde los cuidados paliativos

Palliative care emphasizes alleviating the symptoms, pain and suffering of patients mainly oncological, however, mental disorders have been relegated to not be considered terminal diseases. However, pathologies such as schizophrenia imply a deterioration in the patient's quality of life, since it involves their cognitive, social, emotional and physical capacity. The WHO mentions that people with schizophrenia are 2 and 2.5 more likely to die at a young age. The aim of this study is to conduct a review that allows characterizing schizophrenia as a disease that requires psychological intervention from palliative care. It was found that the literature on this topic is scarce, evidencing the limitations of psychological intervention in this area, since these patients develop multiple comorbidities that lead to the treatment being focused on physical illness leaving aside the mental disorder. Reason why, it is intended to propose an intervention strategy called Art Therapy, which allows the patient to develop their social skills and improve their quality of life

The purpose of the following work is to know the causes and consequences of depression in adolescents; Depression is a mental disorder that largely affects adolescents. They are characterized by symptoms such as deep sadness, feelings of hopelessness and isolation, some have a lack of energy, difficulty concentrating, lack of interest in usual activities. The cause of depression in adolescents is not always constant, but there are factors that increase the probability of developing it. Generally there are risk factors such as physical, psychological, social, family and mental conditions, on the other hand there are factors that present adherence to mental illness, the stress of daily life, increased social pressure, age and style. of the life of the parents. An external factor of great importance is the use of substances, such as alcohol and drugs, consumed by adolescents. Taking the above into account, there are treatments that help alleviate the symptoms of depression when they are not identified. Treatments for teen depression may include therapy, medication, and family support.

According to the Colombian legislation, which is in charge of seeking protection and protection for the non-violation of constitutional and legal guarantees, it is established the prohibition of the abuse of private entities, empowered by the provision of public services. Nonetheless, the dominant position assumed by these corporations continues to be a matter of debate. It should be noted that, on several occasions, there has been a degree of negligence regarding the satisfaction of the needs of the banking user due to the lack of information, tending to make these legal persons take possession of a privileged environment and take the financial consumer to a disadvantaged situation.

El abuso sexual en menores de edad es uno de los tipos de maltrato infantil con peores repercusiones en sus víctimas y que usualmente coexiste con otros tipos de violencia. Incluye tanto agravios que no involucran contacto físico como aquellos que sí lo hacen, lo que cubre una amplia gama de posibilidades. El abuso sexual en menores de edad es frecuente y se ha convertido en un problema de salud pública. Las víctimas suelen ser mujeres a pesar de que existen ciertos factores de riesgo que predisponen a ciertos niños a ser agredidos, y sus abusadores por lo general son personas cercanas a ellos. Las consecuencias físicas, psicológicas y emocionales tanto a corto como largo plazo abarcan todos los aspectos del ser humano y la magnitud de su gravedad dependerá de diversos factores.
Abuso sexual infantil en la dinámica familiar en la ciudad de Cali

The present analysis aims to present the research conducted on sexual abuse, addressing the issues and factors related to this behavior in the family context, where children emerge as the primary victims of these assaults. Sexual abuse, a significant problem affecting defenseless individuals, especially in early childhood, is characterized by manifestations of power and domination perpetrated by authority figures within the family circle, such as parents, grandparents, uncles, or other close members. It is crucial to note that the occurrence of intrafamilial child sexual abuse is influenced by sociocultural factors. In this context, the analysis aims to delve into the sociocultural characteristics that impact cases of child sexual abuse within the family environment in the city of Cali. The methodology employed for this thesis project involved conducting a systematic review article of documents. This included an exhaustive investigation of documents and literature to determine the relevance and importance of the research, ensuring the pertinence of the addressed topic. The analysis covers findings related to family dynamics, family structure, roles and types of families, highlighting the significant impact of the violation of children and adolescents in these situations. This comprehensive analysis seeks not only to document the existence of child sexual abuse within the family setting but also to provide a deeper understanding of the conditions and contexts that favor its occurrence. This will enable the development of more effective strategies for prevention, intervention, and support for victims, considering the complexity of the socio-cultural factors involved.
El acceso a la administración de justicia frente al principio de la gratuidad. Estudio de caso: casa de justicia los mangos, 2016-2017

The purpose of this degree work is to determine access to the administration of justice against the principle of gratuity to citizens who come to the House of Justice Los Mangos, during the period 2016-2017. Accordingly, three specific objectives were formulated: 1) Analyze the principles of procedural law from the Political Constitution of 1991; 2) Know the national program of the houses of justice in Colombia as of decree 1477 of 2000; and 3) Check access to the administration of justice of the users of the Los Mangos House of Justice during the 2016-2017 period. An investigation of Basic type located in the descriptive and quantitative level, which was approached from the analytical and synthesis method, was treated. The proper functioning of the administration of justice necessarily implies the real and effective possibility of accessing it, it is an indispensable condition to consider that political institutions are legitimate. In that sense, access to justice is a right that can be affected by various factors, which are generally associated with the vulnerability of a sector of society. However, the model of articulating formal justice to informal justice in the House of Justice Los Mangos, reveals an effective response to the legal needs of a vulnerable population who find in one place, an organic and functional availability that does not imply a cost such that it becomes nugatory your right of access to justice.
El acceso a la protección social de las mujeres transgénero

This research work aims to determine the guarantee scope of the Colombian State with respect to transgender women's access to minimum social protection floors such as education, health and the protection of old age. In the understanding that these minimum floors are of primordial character to guarantee an integral, vital and dignified social security, considered as a human and fundamental social right.
Acceso y permanencia que enfrentan los estudiantes de Trabajo Social víctimas del conflicto armado y social de la Universidad Santiago de Cali

The objective of this research work is to identify the social problems that affect access and permanence in higher education of students who are victims of social and armed conflict in the social work program of the Santiago de Cali University. Colombia has been the scene of one of the longest internal armed conflicts in the Western Hemisphere, which has deeply impacted millions of university-age young people. These young people, by overcoming their state of vulnerability, face great challenges to build a life project, with higher education being one of the main tools to achieve it. In this context, the study focuses on the specific challenges that student victims of the Colombian armed conflict encounter when trying to enter and remain in higher education institutions. The analysis focuses on students in the social work program at the Universidad Santiago de Cali, who have experienced various difficulties such as forced displacement and academic barriers derived from interruptions in their education. Using a qualitative methodology, based on life stories and focus groups, their experiences are investigated, as well as the strategies they have implemented to overcome these obstacles and continue their academic training.
La acción de restitución de tierras como mecanismos de justicia transicional en Colombia en el contexto geográfico del bajo Cauca Antioqueño

This essay has the aims to analyze land restitution action as a Transitional Justice mechanism in Colombia, initially the significant contributions will be analyzed as a reparation measure for victims of the conflict armed. The most important aspects of Law 1448 of 2011, its articles that guarantee the effectiveness of repair processes from legal and administrative frameworks, will be analyzed. And finally a geographical area of one of the zones most marked by the displacement phenomena of the Bajo Cauca Antioqueño will be delimited, the causes of the armed conflict will be reviewed in a general manner and then an approach will be made of the sentences more relevant of land restitution in the Bajo Cauca of the effectiveness of the repair action from its most important actor the Land Restitution Unit (URT).
La acción de tutela para amparar el derecho fundamental a la salud en Santiago de Cali, 2016-2018

The objective of this article is to establish the applicability of the tutela action to protect the fundamental right to health in Santiago de Cali during the period 2016-2018; in that sense, three specific objectives were formulated: 1.- To examine the constitutional foundations that promote the fundamental right to health; 2.- Analyze the applicability of the action of guardianship in health from the constitutional jurisprudence; and 3.- Verify the guardianship actions filed by users of the health system in Santiago de Cali, during the period 2016-2018. The methodology used was applied. In the municipality of Santiago de Cali the tutelage action persists as the most effective means to achieve the protection of the right to health.
