Item Clima organizacional con los colabores del centro de desarrollo infantil amiguitos en Santiago de Cali-Valle(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2018) Albornoz Riascos, AmandaThe following work intends to make an approximation of the existing organizational climate in the company CDI AMIGUITOS which is located in the City of Cali, serves as research work considering that the Organizational Climate is considered a factor that reflects the facilities or obstacles that the worker finds to perform in the work context, influences both individual and group behaviors such as: communication, leadership style, teamwork, motivation, staff turnover, job satisfaction, job performance Work, safety, customer satisfaction, quality of service and financial results, that is, affects the ability of the entity to use its technical and human resources.Item Diseño de estrategias de mejoramiento a partir de un diagnóstico de clima organizacional en la empresa Green S.A.S.(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2017) González Murillo, Gustavo Adolfo; Bravo Diaz, Angela María; Coral Vallejo, Alvaro AndrésThis research work presents the diagnosis of the organizational climate of the company Green S.A.S. based on the perception of its collaborators, through an instrument to measure climate in Colombian organizations (IMCOC), developed by Professor Carlos Eduardo Méndez. The results indicate a favorable climate, with the most outstanding dimensions being interpersonal relations and control, while the cooperation and decision making dimensions obtained a neutral and unfavorable qualification, respectively. Independently of the measurement instrument, there are shown the results of a survey with open questions that allows identifying the aspects that most value the collaborators within the company, causes of demotivation, among others. Finally, different action plans are proposed describing improvement strategies that encompass the results.Item Estudio de clima organizacional en el área de gestión humana del grupo Alumina S.A.(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2017) López Martinez, María Fernanda; Montilla Castaño, María Angélica; Franco Leyton, Diego FernandoThe work that was the object of the present investigation was based on the question How is the Organizational Climate among the employees of the Human Management area of the ALUMINA SA Group, measured through an Index, which is why it was important to know the current conditions of the Climate Organizational of the area in mention. It took into account a universe of 9 people belonging to the Human Management area of the Alumina Group, Company located in the sector of Acopi, Yumbo. The research was qualitative, quantitative and descriptive, measuring the perceptions of the Organizational Climate of this work team. The tool for a survey evaluated 7 factors and 35 variables of great importance to the Company's senior management, which evaluated the conditions of the Organizational Climate. The factors evaluated were: Leadership, Teamwork, Organizational Clarity, Organizational Support, Recognition, Sense of Belonging and Respect.The results found and measured through an index will allow the Company to build a plan for the improvement and maintenance of the Organizational Climate of the Human Management area.Item Estudio de la medición del clima laboral de los empleados del área de docencia del Colegio San Fernando Rey seccional Cali 2019(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) Mejía Martínez, Brigtte Cristina; Martínez Guevara, Lizbeth; Díaz Grajales, Carmen AliciaThe following study contains the results of the Organizational Climate measurement carried out in the SAN FERNANDO REY SCHOOL The project was carried out with the application of an Instrument made specifically to evaluate the work climate taking into account that it is constituted by 24 reagents that is 24 questions, grouped into 5 categories or dimensions that are: communication, respect, teamwork, recognition, development. The 24 factors are evaluated on a scale of 4 response variables, the maximum being fully agreed and the minimum totally disagreed. The results are presented qualitatively and quantitatively. Where, according to these results, an intervention plan was designed oriented towards the improvement of the categories with the lowest scores. With these actions and others that are registered in the intervention plan, the work of the Organizational Climate is expected to continue and the members of coordination will give you the proper follow-up. The important thing about the phases carried out is that it was possible to obtain a large amount of information, which is organized and that the directors of the school can use to modify the factors that negatively influence the aforementioned dimensions, in this way within a period of two years could carry out another study of organizational climate that would reflect the progress and improvements of the school in all dimensions.Item Medición del clima organizacional en la dirección de desarrollo humano de la Alcaldía Distrital de Buenaventura, 2019(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) Ibáñez Ramírez, Jairo; Vargas Calderón, Diego FernandoThe objective of this paper is to determine the influence of organizational climate and job satisfaction on the job performance of officials belonging to the Human Resources Department of District Mayor's Office of Buenaventura. Under the process of exploratory and descriptive research, it tends to know the particularities of the subject in the environment and the population that is submitted to the study.
