It took into account a universe of 9 people belonging to the Human Management area of the Alumina Group, Company located in the sector of Acopi, Yumbo. The research was qualitative, quantitative and descriptive, measuring the perceptions of the Organizational Climate of this work team. The tool for a survey evaluated 7 factors and 35 variables of great importance to the Company's senior management, which evaluated the conditions of the Organizational Climate. The factors evaluated were: Leadership, Teamwork, Organizational Clarity, Organizational Support, Recognition, Sense of Belonging and Respect.The results found and measured through an index will allow the Company to build a plan for the improvement and maintenance of the Organizational Climate of the Human Management area.Item Estrategias innovadoras para el fortalecimiento de la cultura organizacional de la Fundación Académica de Dibujo Profesional(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2017) Díaz Paredes, Juan Fernando; Duque Ceballos, Jose LuisThe organizational culture of a company refers to its identity, characteristics, philosophy and aspects that are differentiating factors in the market and that can be constituted as secrets for success. This research, taking into account the previous premise, identifies the cultural characteristics present in the Professional Drawing Academy Foundation (FADP) through the model proposed by Cameron and Quinn (1999) called Competing Values Framework (CVF) and the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI). In this study, four types of culture are evaluated; Clan, Adhocracy, Market and Hierarchical raised by Cameron and Quinn (1999) based on six dimensions of culture such as dominant characteristics, leadership, management of employees, union of the organization, strategic emphasis and success criteria. Initially, an investigation is carried out on the different definitions of culture and the different models of study of the same set forth by diverse authors. Then, with the model of Cameron and Quinn (1999) the surveys are carried out on the administrative and teaching staff of the Professional Drawing Academy Foundation (FADP) to then analyze the results and finalize the various intervention strategies for strengthening the culture, which are characterized by being innovative, practical and for generating impact on the appropriation of all aspects of the philosophy of this great institutionItem Percepción de los colaboradores con respecto a las variables de clima organizacional en la subdirección de gestión organizacional de la Alcaldía de Santiago de Cali(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2017) Rodriguez Ureña, Ivonne Julieth; Mina Gonzalez, Lina Marcela; Vargas Garcia, Lina MarcelaItem Análisis del diseño organizacional de la empresa Mahayana, que permita la elaboración de procesos al interior de la misma(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2017) Granada Ocampo, Norma Constanza; Alemán González, Isabel Cristina; Moreno Soto, Juan CarlosThe development of this research project seeks to optimize the way of working in Cabañas Mahayana, by designing a Process Manual and an analysis of the organizational system, which will improve the quality of service by minimizing the response time of employees to an event in particular. The first chapter reviews some essential concepts in order to understand what this project is based on, the theoretical framework gives a complete perspective of the academic material that was used as support for the study. The analysis process in this chapter was from the general to the particular being the Management and the Coordinator of Operations key fiches for this investigation. In the second chapter, detailed information about the company in which the project was carried out was compiled. This research aims to have a clear picture of how the company works before implementing the improvement proposal. The third chapter uses a tool called blueprint, which helps to understand in a graphical and didactic way the current Mahayana operation, then referring to it, optimize the areas that have contact with the client, which is key in the Investigation to make later the correction of possible errors. In the fourth chapter three proposals for improvement are discussed. The first is the creation of the Manual of functions and processes, the second the implementation of training workshops for their knowledge, the third the implementation of online marketing strategies to further encourage the positioning of the website in search engines. The fifth chapter details the standards created for the improvement of quality in Mahayana, that is, all the tasks in each area of the company are listed.Item Diseño de estrategias de mejoramiento a partir de un diagnóstico de clima organizacional en la empresa Green S.A.S.(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2017) González Murillo, Gustavo Adolfo; Bravo Diaz, Angela María; Coral Vallejo, Alvaro AndrésThis research work presents the diagnosis of the organizational climate of the company Green S.A.S. based on the perception of its collaborators, through an instrument to measure climate in Colombian organizations (IMCOC), developed by Professor Carlos Eduardo Méndez. The results indicate a favorable climate, with the most outstanding dimensions being interpersonal relations and control, while the cooperation and decision making dimensions obtained a neutral and unfavorable qualification, respectively. Independently of the measurement instrument, there are shown the results of a survey with open questions that allows identifying the aspects that most value the collaborators within the company, causes of demotivation, among others. That is why Emotional Intelligence (IE) and organizational changes, are related, because the added value is made by people, human talent and become key parts to engage skills vs. changing organization. This document aims to establish the influence of Emotional Intelligence, in the processes of change by the rectors, coordinators and teachers of 3 schools of calendar A, of the Educational Foundation Santa Isabel of Hungary of the northeastern city of Cali. It is concluded that EI influences the leaders and processes of change in an organization, as this is the key to stimulating skills that facilitate attitudes and behaviors that focus on new challenges through fortitude and helping The whole team can deal with them.Item Diseño de un modelo de comunicación para la oficina de alta calidad del Centro Nacional de Asistencia Técnica a la Industria(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2017) Vélez Navia, Diego Fernando; Duque Ceballos José LuisGiven the communication needs of the National Center for Technical Assistance to Industry, this project was designed to design a model that would allow the Sena Training Center, located in the city of Cali, to optimally manage the communicative processes of the Office of High Quality, since it was identified that it did not have a standard that allowed it to generate spaces of interaction between the members of the academic community. In this sense, the research was descriptive with a mixed approach, which made it possible to identify the development of the communication process of the aforementioned unit and the perspective of the related actors. Finally, after gathering and analyzing the information, it was possible to structure a model to strengthen communication processes around the processes of accreditation and renewal of qualified records of the Astin Center.Item Creación de valor en el área de talento humano en las empresas exportadoras del Valle y Norte del Cauca a Diciembre de 2015(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2017) Riascos Figueroa, Jenny Andrea; Triviño Ortíz, Paola Andrea; Barahona, HelderThe following document is a qualitative study, which provides an approximation to the construction of a tool that allows identifying how value is generated from the area of human talent in organizations, for this three perspectives of value generation are reviewed; knowledge management, organizational change and human development. It also takes into account three principles: the creation of value in local processes, creation of value in people and creation of value to develop sustainable organizations, the result of this study is the design of a tool to apply to managers of the organizations that allows to analyze if they apply the perspectives and taking into account the principles for the generation of value. Within the reviewed documents, emphasis was placed on eleven academic articles, to which criteria of inclusion, exclusion and quality were applied. The inclusion criterion was managed by filling in the paper analysis format, where the title, summary and conclusions were analyzed. The exclusion criterion was based on the search for management that would give additional value to the practices already known for each functional area. And had as objective to build an index that allows the management of talent human of the institution lender of health (IPS) Montebello, measure the work climate through an index. The development of research is qualitative, quantitative and descriptive, since he measured, assessed, and will analyze conditions of working environment of 30 officials of the Montebello IPS. The instrument used was measured six (6) factors through 30 questions that evaluated the work climate.
