Item Didáctica centrada en equipos de aprendizaje como estrategia de la educación tricerebral(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2017) Ayala Caldas, Luis Carlos; Ortega Hurtado, José OlmedoThis research proposes a didactic model focused on learning equipment’s as a tricerebral education strategy. It seeks to make the student from his / her cerebral dominance control his / her own meaningful learning, he/she develops academic leadership, generates group activities, and guides the process of knowledge building under the "guardianship" of the teacher. The model is applied in the course of “Responsabilidad social empresarial” (Business social responsibility), belonging to the “programa de formación integral, social y humana” (integral training program, social and human) FISH, designed by Humanities school of the University of Cauca. This descriptive - qualitative study is based on the tricerebral formulated theory by Waldemar de Gregori, applying it to the educational field, through an instrument of entrance called RCMT (Triadian Mind Ratio), determining leadership in the classroom for the development of didactics according to the cerebral dominance and subdominance, to improve through the collaborative work of the students, academic performance through meaningful learning. As a technique or instrument of exit, ENDICA (Survey on Didactics Focused on Learning Teams) is applied, measuring the degree of satisfaction and acceptance of the methodology. In order to understand the results of the survey, the Likert scale was applied, analyzing the answers obtained and interpreted qualitatively in the light of triangulation of the triune brain. The results conclude that the students have a significant learning based on concrete experiences perceptible in the classroom, from abstractions and theoretical generalizations, applying new notions of learning in the end of the course with outstanding abilities and achieved by the students according to their Cerebral dominance, it measures situations where there is a better solution or response to a problem, these are usually emotional or creative. or they enjoy planning activities or research topics.
