In this research work, the situation of the teachers of the Mundo Mágico children's high school that belongs to the city of Cali, in a rural area, is presented, which is observed in some of the teachers' lack of knowledge of the different needs that arise in the regular classrooms, especially with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, we recognize that teachers wish to include in their daily planning and activities the needs of children with ASD, but they are not adequate to provide an optimal and meaningful learning. For this reason, sometimes daily experiences and routines are carried out with difficulty in the group, or sometimes they do not meet the objective. We show that it is necessary to make known different pedagogical practices and theories (already implemented previously) considering the strengthening of the pedagogical strategies of the teachers of the Liceo Infantil Mundo Mágico, thus achieving a possible improvement in the learning, social and emotional processes in the boys and girls with ASD, in addition to creating a trained and suitable work group to structure solid bases in the processes of each student who must be included in a regular classroom, and whose learning processes require special and general adaptations to obtain uniform education for all boys and girls at the Mundo Mágico Children's High School.Item Educación por competencias: una estrategia imprescindible para el siglo XXI(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2024-08-08) Mina Carabali, Laura Alejandra; Guatuzmal Salcedo, Daniela; Garcia, Alba Yulieth (Directora)In modern times, education is in a constant challenge of adaptation and evolution. This article analyzes the importance of implementing the competency-based approach in the contemporary education systems of the 20th century. The authors argue that, in an increasingly globalized and technological world, education must go beyond the mere transmission of theoretical knowledge, they emphasize that the competency-based approach is focused on the development of practical skills, attitudes and values that are essential for personal and professional life, thus becoming an approach with a significant impact on student motivation and performance due to its orientation towards more relevant, personalized and applicable learning for the 20th century. The competency-based approach also redefines the role of educators. Teachers become facilitators of learning, guiding students in the development of their competencies through active and participatory methodologies. This not only enriches the educational experience, but also increases the motivation and commitment of both students and teachers. The way this approach prepares students for the labor market. Instead of focusing solely on specific technical knowledge, the competency-based approach develops transferable skills such as communication, teamwork, critical thinking and problem solving. These competencies are highly valued by employers and are essential for success in any professional career. However, the implementation of the competency based approach is not without challenges. It requires a significant restructuring of curricula, teaching methods and evaluation. It also implies a cultural change in educational institutions, where all actors, from administrators to teachers and students, must be committed to this new paradigm.Item Las consecuencias que trae el uso excesivo de las tecnologías y los dispositivos electrónicos(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2024-08-29) Salazar Echeverry, Johandry Vanessa; Benavides Meza, Yasmin LilianaThis research aims to inform families, educators, and other interested parties about the consequences of excessive use of technology and electronic devices on the development of children aged 1 to 6 years. Through a bibliographic or documentary review, the study seeks to understand why families resort to giving children electronic devices and, more importantly, the consequences this practice has on their development. The goal of this research is to raise awareness among parents, educators, and even children themselves about the significant impact of excessive technology use. Additionally, the study aims to gather research documents that provide 3 tools to prevent children from developing harmful behaviors such as addiction, aggression, or even self-harm. This article investigates the factors that influence the emotions of the child from the virtual teaching and learning methodologies generated in the middle of the pandemic, the integral development of the child is linked in it is essential from biology to social contact and these externalize their behavior Through their emotions and actions it is generated by a certain interpretation in their parents, that is why children depend on external motivations that influence their reactions, by paying attention and support, positive experiences are being created in their consciousness, that is why when designing methodologies that are adapted to the needs of the child and to the virtuality, since through educational programs it is possible to design and identify factors that increase the attention of the child in the development of their education.Item La lúdica una estrategia de aprendizaje de lectura y escritura(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2021) Zapata Rengifo, Mileydy; Giraldo, Luz KarimeIn this degree work, I seek to highlight a problem of students in Educational Institutions at the national level. The learning of reading and writing has ceased to be important, because traditional education is no longer interesting for students, new technologies cause other interests in children and poor handling of reading and writing, in addition to the way of teaching has made Spanish difficult, making it unattractive to children in the process of learning to read and write. Over time, pedagogy has undergone many changes, with the aim of establishing better teaching processes by teachers and learning processes for students, aiming for a better experience and quality. This research process is carried out at the Colegio Mayor Alférez Real, with third grade children, focusing on the process of teaching and learning reading and writing in students, to determine a methodological strategy based on play, through of which I hope to promote and strengthen the taste for reading and writing of children from their early years. The purpose of this project is to impact students by putting into practice studies and actions proposed by various authors; proposing the different playful strategies, as a basis to promote and encourage them in learning to read and write. In the same way, the teacher will be able to use the various playful strategies to transmit knowledge and as a result the students will obtain significant learning, developing the critical sense and the thinking of each person from childhood.Item Las instituciones educativas, una producción del capital intelectual.(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2021) Benitez Garcia, Lina Maria; Leili Vanessa, Daza Martínez; Ana Lucía,Ramirez León; Giraldo, Luz KarimeThis article addresses the topic of intellectual capital in educational institutions with the objective of enabling educational practice to generate innovative changes, sources of intellectual wealth, and enabling diversity of knowledge in students. An approach is made to the route of the meetings that are obtained in the classroom, as determined by virtual ethnography when observing a specific group, from this perspective the pedagogical practice is the exercise of introspection for a teacher who may or may not recognize the student. as an elementary part of an exchange with another, different, changing and emitting expressions that allow learning or unlearning in the role of a teacher; the possible encounters between teacher and student, underlies multiple positive or negative characteristics, which end up categorizing that encounter with the other, which will be approached from hostility or hospitality. The Recognition of the other allows for an exchange that enriches, when it is genuinely formed, because in the end this other brings with it its own path, learning, changes, painful struggles and battles won that between the encounter feeds a self that listens, perceives , analyzes, transforms, allows learning and transforms without the need to change the essence, because in the end the prevailing reflection is to manage strategies that allow teachers to generate assertive encounters from hospitality in the classroomItem Las artes plásticas como medio de expresión de las emociones(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2021-11-04) Torres, Angela; Ruiz, Seidy; Yunda, Yoselin; Gutiérrez Avendaño, Carol MildredToday, there is talk about the importance of the development of emotional intelligence in children, as well as the social implications that this has. Thus, it is currently necessary to rethink some of these strategies, as educational demands have evolved in line with the sociocultural advances we are currently facing. To achieve these changes, one can turn to the concepts of management and its processes, as these can provide effective tools to improve the processes applied within an educational institution, thus seeking to enhance the results obtained thus far. Normally, for the proper development of a company, good leadership is required, or a good management that guides it toward important goals or objectives that enable its success. And most importantly, it must stay up-to-date with trends to generate stable customers and profits, whether short or long term. Scenarios of fun experiences can also be created, applying different methodological strategies in a creative way through the element of the game, since this is immerse in the human being from its beginnings to the end of days, and at all times of existence we are playing and will always be pleasant, for this reason the game increases participation, motivation, gear and in turn develops skills generating countless memorable experiences in the teaching-learning processes in the boy and girl, to be precise. Since it allows designing gamification strategies in any field In this case, the diploma was developed from the pedagogical scenario through theoretical-practical case studies, allowing the engineering of the world of games from models such as octaysis, interactive platforms, among others, to obtain as a final result a prototype element and in this sense From the game it is gamified, for this reason you learn by playing, on the other hand, gamification is broad spectrum.
