Item Abordaje del síndrome de ansiedad desde el enfoque psicosocial(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2023) Chica Rojas, Jenny Patricia; Henao, Carolina GiraldoThis bibliographical review aims to provide tools to identify the characterological traits of anxiety, the factors that may represent a risk or be protective in the person's social environment and the types of treatment and current interventions. Through the search in four databases, it was possible to carry out the analysis of 32 articles by authors in different countries of the American and European continent, a variety of professions and disciplines were evidenced that contributed a multiplicity of perspectives. As a result, it was found that there is a specific population that is mostly affected by AS (anxiety syndrome), women, as well as a range of ages ranging from 6 to 40 years who are more likely to experience an episode of SA either due to the educational or work context. In this purpose, the tension between the socially installed medical discourse and the practical knowledge of the family is located. The methodology used for the research corresponding to a qualitative approach, since it allows knowing the experience of the parents in relation to the care of their children diagnosed with leukemia, this from the affective exercise of care. The population sample of the present investigation is of 4 parents with children between the ages of 7 and 17 years who have been diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia and who in turn have attended the Carlos Pórtela Valdiri Foundation. Among the findings, it was possible to know that parents implement care for their children and young people diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia from the guidelines of medical treatment, which assists them with medications, chemotherapies and other procedures. It was developed in the Palenque Monte Oscuro Peasant Community Council (CCCPMO) in the Municipality of Puerto Tejada (Cauca), the time range considered was between 2010-2018. The questions for the research arose from the cultural and structural situation of the Municipality of Puerto Tejada (Cauca), a population that lives the difficulty in its possibilities of exercising full political participation and social leadership. However, significant progress has been made in matters of inclusion and decision-making with regard to women, given their importance in society and their role within it. The description of women's Political Participation and Social Leadership processes in Community Development projects that were managed and implemented under the CCCPMO was considered as the central axis. On the other hand, this research addressed the knowledge, attitudes and practices that women established in spaces of collective interaction. To this end, the projects developed by CCCPMO were taken and described, pointing out how interactions and motivations between Afro women were given in the processes. Finally, this research shows how women historically, from their leadership, face obstacles built in an environment where patriarchal and sexist interactions limit . women's leading participation in political and deliberation scenarios, for this particular study in local development projects. Their participation allowed them to overcome and face obstacles that previously conditioned their impact on leadership social spaces, this has undoubtedly contributed to the improvement of the living conditions of the inhabitants of Puerto Tejada, and especially of women
