Item El cuidado de enfermería en adultos con hemofilia y limitación funcional: revisión de alcance(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2024) Lugo Gutiérrez Dayfeni; Ceferino Medina Geraldine; Fuelantala Claudia Cecilia; Villegas Arenas DollyIntroduction: Hemophilia is a disease of genetic origin, recessive that is linked to the X chromosome; with alteration of coagulation factors VIII and IX, causing a functional deficit; the main clinical manifestation is hemorrhage usually secondary to trauma in deep localization sites, such as joints, muscles, and central nervous system. Objective: To determine the nursing care in the person with hemophilia and functional limitation. Methodology: A scoping review was carried out through electronic databases, using the prism model, through the critical reading of Joanna Briggs. Results: the review allowed us to identify 8 articles that support three categories of care, which were established based on the NANDA taxonomy and are: Help with self-care transfer, pain management and hemorrhage prevention; these categories allowed to propose a care plan to favor functional limitation in people with hemophilia, the NANDA, NIC and NOC taxonomy were used, which provide quality care based on human responses related to hemophilia, care based on scientific evidence. Conclusions: Patients with hemophilia and functional limitation are favored in their comprehensive care, especially with pain management, transfer, and bleeding control; nurses' actions according to care needs favor autonomy and functionality.
