Educational institutions enable critical thinking, transforming students' needs to generate educational quality, building future knowledge where their potential is developed, enabling them to live and coexist with the community. Institutions are responsible for directing students' education, guiding them in meaningful learning, and providing content that strengthens their intellect to ensure a harmonious coexistence in society. Finally, the Logical Framework Method (LFM) is presented as a research tool that enables the implementation of this method in educational institutions, interacting with key stakeholders from the various groups involved.
