Escrache is a phenomenon that is related to the public denunciation made by people, especially women who have suffered an event of violence and feel that in this way, they can freely express their feelings of frustration to the extent that they cannot find in the judicial system is sufficiently effective for timely access to the administration of justice or that show that the process to ensure that the person responsible for the violation of their rights is prosecuted is very slow or does not even reach a judicial investigation. In this article, a review was carried out of the rights that come into conflict when the right to freedom of expression is exercised through escrache under the vision of the Constitutional Court of Colombia in ruling T 275 of 2021.
