Von Willebrand Disease (VWD) is the most common autosomal hereditary bleeding disorder, affecting up to 1% of the population and being the third most frequent rare disease in Colombia. This study aims to determine the care and management of patients with VWD through a systematic review of scientific literature published between 2012 and 2022, consulting recognized databases such as Oxford, Springer, PubMed, and Scopus, among others. The research highlights recent advances in the treatment of this pathology and underscores the relevance of nursing care in the physical, psychological, and social approach to patients, both nationally and internationally.
