Huella de carbono, una herramienta de gestión ambiental en la industria de las bebidas

This research shows in a documentary way the importance of the Carbon Footprint, an Environmental Management Tool in the Beverage Industry. It was done through an archiving of references, base on, repositorio of indexed journals, such as Redalyc as well as google scholar. Analyze scientific articles with medium or large relationship with the subject, due to the few articles found about the topic. Giving answers to the possibility that could be implement the benefits provided by this method in Colombia for this type of industries. Proposing alternative measures to reduce costs through renewable energy, as other causes. Similarly, contribute with the reduction of CO2 in the environment. It proposes, thanks to the authors used, to define this model as a strategy in which to establish alliances that assume a shared value approach, towards communities, consumers and other stakeholders interested in acting for a world in sustainable development.
