Item Efectos del ejercicio físico en trabajadores con dolor lumbar: Una revisión sistemática(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2024-11-26) ; Benavides Tobar,Valentina; Palma Rivas,Emily Tatiana; Delgado,Juan Diego Aguirre; Olmos Botero, Jhovanna(Directora)Background: Worldwide, about 1710 million people suffer from musculoskeletal disorders, with lumbar pain being the most common among them, affecting 568 million individuals, back pain was the ailment with the greatest influence on workers 63.9%. It was found that the physiotherapeutic exercises with the greatest effects when it came to modulating lumbar pain were stretching and strengthening exercises (isometric). Objective: Analyze the existing literature on the effects of physical exercise on workers with lumbar pain Methods: This systematic review was developed according to PRISMA for Scoring: Reviews, the consultation of articles was carried out in a period of time from the months of February and May 2024, in English, Spanish and Portuguese Results: Of the total of the articles chosen to meet the selection criteria, 100% were English-language, the country from which most articles were analyzed was South Korea corresponding to 40% (n = 2) followed by the countries, Japan, Iran and the United States corresponding to 20% (n = 1) respectively, the type of study that predominates is the random control trial. Conclusions: physical exercise, especially stretching and rehabilitation, reduces low back pain and improves physical function in workers, being crucial in sectors such as health, offices and the army. It is recommended to design individualized programs adapted to the physical conditions of each worker to improve their health and quality of life in the work environment.
