For this reason, the need arises to design an easy-to-use digital goniometer APP prototype, which has a focus on professionals in the health sector and indirectly improving the quality of user care, as mentioned in the legislative part, since which brings multiple benefits to the use of this application, this being the one that when creating a user has the option to save each patient in a personalized way in his registry and thus have a follow-up of his state of health and evolution in the rehabilitation of his diagnosis. (1) This research is intended to identify how the prevention, preparedness and emergency response plan established in Decree 1072 of 2015 issued by the Ministry of Labor is articulated, with a business continuity plan model, in the city from Cali - Colombia, for companies in the construction sector, from the interruption in the provision of the service or the non-continuity of the business, as indicated by the national disaster risk management system (2), which affect the industry, employers, employees, suppliers and customers, among others, and as a result of not having an emergency prevention, preparedness and response plan, within the framework of the occupational health and safety management system (2), business losses can occur , income, clients, breaches and legal costs, without counting on the civil and criminal responsibility to which it gives rise, costs related to the interruption, eventual closing of or Perations, among others, generating impacts on public health, all of the above and the non-identification of risks in the event of non-compliance with a prevention, preparedness and emergency response plan to continue the business according to ISO 31000 and ISO 22301. They significantly affect the health of people, organizations and national economies. According to the above, this study aimed to perform the analysis of Psychosocial Risk factors in a company dedicated to construction, through the realization of the battery of psychosocial factors of the Ministry of Social Protection of Colombia workers, This population is socio-demographically characterized and the internal (Intralaboral), external (Extralaboral) psychosocial risk factors, stress level of the parameters established by the battery are identified. This is the result of a correlational descriptive and cross-sectional study, through the application of the battery it was identified that, of the 32 people evaluated, regarding the Intralaboral Psychosocial risk a low risk. They are widely known, common and potentially disabling, they can differ in severity and evolution, and they represent a high social cost that translates into disabilities, costly treatments, repercussions on the production of the company where the worker works (2). Coffee is one of the main and oldest monocultures in the Central American region, extensive and intensive, which demands high amounts of labor. In all producing countries, collection has been characterized by a shortage of the labor force. (3).Item Caracterización del absentismo laboral por causa médica en una empresa del sector eléctrico de la ciudad de Cali durante Enero de 2016 A Agosto de 2017(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2017) Paez, Johanna Lizeth; Osorio Rincón, Ángela Marcela; Castro Aranda, Álvaro EstebanTitle: characterization of absenteeism due to medical reasons in a company in the electricity sector of the city of Cali during the period January 2016 to August 2017. Objective: to determine the absenteeism of medical cause in a company of the electric sector of the city of Cali during the period January 2016 to August 2017 Materials and methods: descriptive, quantitative, retrospective cross-sectional study in a database with information of 3,284 absences for medical reasons, in 1182 workers and 21,418 days not worked. Results: 83.04% were classified as occupational diseases, 16.9% as occupational accidents and 0.006% as occupational diseases. The charges that present the greatest number of absenteeism are the electrician technician, the line de-energized lines and the direct measurement technician. The most prevalent pathologies are diarrhea and gastroenteritis of presumed infectious origin, unspecified lumbago and viral infection, unspecified. The age range with the highest frequency of disabilities is from 31 to 35 years. The indicators report that there are, on average, 6.53 days of disability, 2.78 disabilities per worker, 20.65 days of disability per worker and 195,344 hours lost during the period analyzed. In the physical field, the posture is linked to the position of the joints in relation to the extremities and the trunk (1). In the workplace, the risk of presenting skeletal muscle injuries associated with posture is high, so maintaining an inadequate or forced posture during our workday can generate the presence of skeletal Muscle injuries. Osteomuscular Diseases are identified as a set of inflammatory lesions of the muscles, tendons, joints, ligaments and nerves, whose predominant symptomatology is pain associated with inflammation, loss of strength and decrease or functional disability caused or aggravated by improper postures, movements repetitive and inadequate manual lifting of loads. In this article we analyze the behavior of Work Accidents in 22 countries of the world, in the continents of America, Asia, Europe and Oceania in 2017, specifying the ATF Fatal Work Accidents and ATNF Non-Fatal Work Accidents. African countries are not included because they do not have clear records that show reliable information. The USA has the highest number of ATF and ATNF in the world. In Colombia to 2017, a total of 655.866 work accidents were registered.
