Althought, there are many factors that can negatively affact cuatomer satisfaction and productivity levels, any breach due to the lack of raw material reveals the greater alert that a company needs to revise the internal worflows to identify all the possible failures within the "chain of production" , and generating new working strategies to help improve and ideally solve the issue. The following article describes a strategic "Consumer Model" for raw material within the fabric industry. This model's idea is to increase customer satisfactory levels while diminishing the time of production. Throughtout this article you will be presented with the analisis of current failures that companies face within the chain of production, and a sistematic clasification of customer standards with the ABC methodology. This model expects to increase productivity as well as customer satisfaction levels, with the evaluation of workflows that regulate the stocking of raw material for production needs. Once this model have been apply and introduce to the company, it is possible to provide customers with a timely manner estimate for their product, and the company will achieve a standardized raw material consumption base un the production needs.
