Propuesta para disminuir el tiempo en los procesos del almacén EPSA Palmira mediante implementación de realidad asistida

The main objective of this study is to reduce the time in the main warehouse Epsa Palmira, it is defined as the processes in the warehouse, the receipt, handling, pre-shipment, dispatch and inventories, of merchandise (materials), which would be a key part in this project. Each of them presents disadvantages within the supply chain, focusing on the answers when making them; At present, the Epsa Palmira Warehouse is manually managed for each of these processes, it is based on an ERP (SAP), for its traceability and accounting, but its management, receipt, dispatch and inventory form is traditional, it is elaborated manually and it is sought to reach a high degree of optimization of these works by investing and implementing some technology that is integrated with the company's system; conducting some process optimization studies to choose a technology and perform tests the company met with some suppliers choosing Ubimax for testing and implementation of assisted reality (Smarth Glasses), within the main store Epsa Palmira, being in the evaluation stage of the pilot to perform.
