El impacto del riesgo psicosocial en el clima organizacional de las empresas

This text focuses on the analysis of psychosocial risk factors in the organizational climate and their impact on the health, quality of life, productivity, and competitiveness of employees in Colombia. Specifically, stress is highlighted as a key determinant that generates labor conflicts and affects emotional health, which in turn deteriorates the work environment. To address this, a descriptive, exploratory, and qualitative study is proposed that, based on a review of recent literature, seeks to identify and characterize the relationship between these psychosocial risks and the organizational climate, prioritizing those with the greatest influence on the health and working conditions of the labor force.
