The advances in Knowledge Management in Colombia, based on a bibliometric analysis of scientific publications covering the period 2000 to 2018, allow the analysis of business dynamics in the XXI century, which through the review of production indicators in the academic field, allows concluding the progress quantitatively. In the matter, and qualitatively, from the theory of Knowledge Management, can understand how human capital is managed, how competitiveness strategies are generated, how to establish maturity and the management of information and communication technologies, how the importance of the organizational culture is measured as a positive and significant moderator in good business practices, how management give experience to the staff about practices and resources, how technology and information centers are used, and how all this allowed the practices of the organizations to identify, capture and systematically share knowledge, value generation and performance.
