    Knowledge management makes it possible to channel changes and new needs in customer service and in the management of organizational processes, contributing to the professional and personal development of collaborators and giving added value to the processes. This degree work presents the design of a knowledge management model proposal for the Faculty of Engineering of the Santiago de Cali University, based on a qualitative fieldwork that allowed contrasting the information collected in a population sample with the research theories found.
