From childhood to adulthood, emotions are important in the way we perceive and respond to external stimuli. However, it is not always easy to manage and regulate our emotions effectively. Emotional regulation is an important factor in preschool children, as in this period they begin to develop socio-emotional skills essential for emotional growth and well-being. Emotional regulation in preschool children is related to the ability to recognize, understand and express their emotions appropriately in different social situations.
