Culture is the set of spiritual and material goods that a group within a society transmits from generation to generation to generate collective and individual practices, culture concocts the traditions, language, habits, customs and knowledge of a society. In the La Base neighborhood of commune 8 in Santiago de Cali there are few spaces for recreation and recreational activities for children, therefore within this project and using the methodology of the logical framework, it was sought to develop cultural activities for the children of the La Base neighborhood of commune 8, the city of Cali, a diagnosis was made to propose solutions to the problem of the use of free time and the actors who will intervene in developing cultural activities for children such as painting, dancing and guitar workshops were identified, in order to contribute to the healthy recreation of children, guiding them.
