in Colombia an armed conflict developed since the middle of last century, the armed actions that have taken place in this one, have attacked multiple national and international norms that regulate the irregular conflicts like the national one. On the occasion of the peace dialogues developed between the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia - People's Army or FARC-EP and the national government, and the Agreement that condenses the purpose of this process as is to achieve a stable and lasting peace, with levels of justice, reparation to the victims and the inclusion of the rebels into political life, it is valid to study Law 1820 of 2016, known as the Law of Amnesty, Pardon and Special Treatments, in view of the configuration of crimes related to politicians , its construction, interpretation and employment, with a possible and undue application and / or extension of the benefits granted when very serious conduct such as those of Lesa humanity have been committed.
