Thus, at a methodological level, this article is based on a qualitative study based on a process of documentary review of digital sources such as Science Direct, Scopus, Scielo, LILACS, Web of Science, Ebsco, Jstor and ProQuest as references. search. These sources include online articles, academic reports, digital archives of the Universidad Santiago de Cali and official websites at the international, national, and local levels. In human resource management, the review focuses on the strategic management of diversity. The results indicate that, today, organizations face constant challenges in terms of talent management and creating inclusive environments where all employees can develop fully
