Due to the constant changes that occur in the environment the company does not have the ability to face its competitors and circumvent the negative factors that may affect it, this is presented because its work is in empirical form without taking into account a study of the environment with respect to competition, the analysis of changes in tastes and many other aspects, therefore, does not achieve the growth that is expected. In the development of this project, the design of a vision, mission, principles and objectives for the company is shown, thus establishing the opportunity to have a corporate culture that ensures that all efforts are guided towards the success of the organization. To develop the different aspects a strategic diagnosis is generated that allows to know its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, coming to have an accurate knowledge of the points that it needs to improve to achieve a better performance competitive in the market. DOFA analysis allows the company to obtain strategies to improve its weaknesses, and take advantage of the opportunities present in the environment, as well as to improve problems related to decisionmaking and coordination, the latter two elements are the strategic direction approach, which allows to be a unit of analysis and formulation of objectives and strategies for the achievement of the goals of the organization.Item Competitividad y planeación estratégica en las Pymes a nivel nacional(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) Castro Ortiz, José Dayber; Martínez Gómez, Diego Alejandro; Valencia Gómez, Sandra Lucia; Cruz Aguilar, Pedro león (Director)Competitiveness is the ability of a company to achieve and maintain a higher than average profit established in the sector, based on a competitive advantage. Therefore, Competitiveness is an important and determining factor in the success that a company achieves over time. In the case of Pymes in Colombia, this economic sector must be able to compete with other industries already established in the market and subsequently supply customer satisfaction, wishes and needs. The concept of Strategic Planning has become the fundamental axis of organizations that seek to fulfill their objectives. In the same way, companies prepare strategic plans, which aim to execute routes of action in order to face the different challenges in the business environment. The following article aims to review articles to analyze the concepts of competitiveness and strategic planning about Pymes in Colombia. Next, an exhaustive search was conducted in the following ScienceDirect, Scopus and Taylor databases with the keywords such as; Competitiveness, strategic planning and strategy, 30 articles dealing with the aforementioned topics were selected. The definition of competitiveness, strategic planning, importance and evolution of Pymes in Colombia was found, with this approach organization achieve efficient performance that allows them to be competitive and position themselves in the markets. Finally, it was concluded that there is a relationship between the two, in order to be competitive, strategic planning must be formulated, since companies apply this tool from senior management generating an empowerment in each of the functional areas, achieving the objectives and using different instruments that are related to the mission and vision, which are the rationale of the companies.Item Beneficios en la implementación de los Sistemas de Gestión de la Salud y Seguridad en el Trabajo en el sector de la salud(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) Callejas Ospina, Paula Andrea; Galvis García, Isabella; Ríos Obando, Jose Fabián (Director)Safety and Meath at Word (OSH) is an approach to the prevention of labor risks that requires contributions of management systems in safety and health at work in the prevention of these. However the work has brought the exposure to different situations capable of causing occupational injuries and illnesses, even the death to workers. Therefore, the purpose of carrying out this study and project is to provide an opportunity for local merchants to be part of this proposal, fulfilling the expectations of the population in terms of satisfying the needs of a variety of products and services. The realization of this project is based on exploratory research and its method is deductive, starting from the market, technical and organizational study, which allows to start from general to specific conditions, towards the development of the feasibility study.Item Clima organizacional como un factor clave para promover la productividad de las organizaciones(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) Orozco García, Luz Mary; Arroyo Burbano, Lina María; García Ocampo, David; Cruz Aguilar, Pedro León (Director)The objective of this document is to address the impact that the organizational climate (CO) has on the growth and productivity of organizations. A bibliography review of documents is used; scientific and academic articles from databases such as Scielo, Sciendirect, Scopus, Elsevier, among others, using as keywords: organizational climate, productivity and evaluation of CO. The CO is present in all organizations, regardless of their economic or social nature, through factors that are perceived differently by employees, which shape the context where productive activity takes place. A rewarding CO favors productivity because it allows motivated and committed employees, which are located at the disposal of their abilities, knowledge and experience. On the contrary, a negative or conflicting CO entails problems such as the withdrawals or disengagement of personnel that have an effect on suspending or reducing the pace of productive activities.Item Análisis de la implementación del teletrabajo en las empresas de Colombia(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) Belalcázar Millán, Julieth; Lasso Montoya, María Camila; Quiroz Macías, Paula Andrea; Escobar Cabrera, Julio Cesar (Director)Teleworking is a form of work organization that consists of the performance of work activities outside the company, using information and communication technologies as support, the purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of teleworking in Colombian companies looking for know, its beginnings, characteristics, evolution and the Colombian legislation in front of this new modality of work, demonstrating the conditions to take into account for its implementation. This work has secondary sources from the review of documents in electronic databases and four interviews to officials of the Human Resources Area of organizations and / or entities that have already implemented this new work modality, yielding positive results for the company as for the worker. In conclusion, teleworking is a model that seeks the welfare of the worker and that organizations obtain benefits in terms of increased productivity, more efficient processes, lower costs and reduced absenteeism.Item Liderazgo en los diferentes contextos organizacionales(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) Betancourt Realpe, Karol Tatiana; Jiménez lozano, Daniela; Llanos Galindez, Karen Lorena; Cruz Aguilar, Pedro León (Director)In organizations it is important to recognize and identify the type of leadership, which has been implemented through their managers, so that in this way they can direct change processes and in the same way influence the desired behavior in employees to achieve expected transformations within the company. The objective of the following article is to conduct a literature review to identify the different approaches to leadership in organizations. An investigation was carried out, which consisted of collecting information through scientific databases, using keywords such as: leadership, organization and direction. Thus obtaining various articles, of which thirty were selected. Four objectives were developed for the direction proposed to the entity. First, the strategic diagnosis, where an exhaustive interview was set with the manager and legal representative of such organization, in order to analyze the inner and outer environment of the company, and to identify and evaluate through the necessary matrixes, the possible strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that the corporation has. Second, the direction, which consists of the elaboration of the mission, vision, objectives, corporative principles and values, that let every human talent of the entity have a better corporative scope and, thus, be able to stipulate in an efficient way the goals that help the enterprise achieve its vision. In addition, with the development of the objectives that were mentioned previously, the strategies are formulated. When carrying them out, those strategies will be able to counter the weaknesses and threats the enterprise has through its strengths and opportunities. In this way, they will contribute to the organization improvement and to be more competitive in the market. Finally, the last objective of this monograph consists of designing a control matrix for the strategies that were formulated in the previous objective, which the company will be able to use in order to monitor the execution of the strategic plan properly.Item Relaciones interpersonales como una herramienta para mejorar el clima organizacional(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) Ortega Luna, Yhordan Alexander; Ledezma Solis, Héctor Javier; Pérez Serrano, Oscar Felipe; Fernández Hurtado, Saul Rick (Director)The present research work, is analysis and description of the existing conditions of the application of organizational climate method in companies, based on interpersonal relationships. Where the group interactions between colleagues of the same work are developed. The problem on which this research was based was to establish the impact of interpersonal relationships and the aspects that affect the performance of organizations. Within this research, it is proposed to improve the environment within the relationship of an organization. The analysis of the study will help the solution of the interpersonal relationships in the companies to project improvement strategies, with which the company obtains better performance in its collaborators' plant, in the implementation of the applications of the system, which favors the efficiency and permanence of the same, also of becoming extensive towards other areas of the organization. The problem, on the other hand, arises from the uneasiness of organizations because of the interpersonal relationships that can be a determining factor in the performance, the application of the organizational climate, to be concerned about the interactions that employees have in it. For this, a descriptive study with a qualitative and quantitative approach was applied, using primary and secondary information; This implied the application of a survey of 35 commercial SMEs, whose information contributed to give reliability to the results. The monograph was carried out, through three phases, the first of them allowed to establish the current situation of the SMEs; secondly, the main variables that influence the failure of commercial SMEs are examined; Finally, strategies are proposed that minimize the percentage of desertion of SMEs. It was concluded that small and medium-sized companies in Colombia require that they be given special attention, to the extent that strategies that strengthen the internal structure of these companies are implemented and provide them with tools to face the obstacles that prevent them from prevailing in the market.Item Promoción y prevención de la salud en el ámbito laboral en Colombia(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) Angulo Alava, Joffer Armando; Rengifo Velasco, Mónica Marcela; Ríos Obando, Jose Fabian (Director)This article exposes the importance of the implementation of health promotion and prevention in the labor market of the Colombian market. The Government has caused all companies in different economic sectors to take measures to control risks, reduce levels of absenteeism and occupational diseases, and promote a healthy working environment. The objective is to study the effect of the application of this in Colombian companies, with a Research Method of collection and review of bibliographic articles. In this article, the documentary review of analyzes and studies of specialists in the field of social and occupational safety was carried out to determine if the normativity and regulations that the State created in the area of prevention and occupational safety conform to the reality of the system Colombian labor. The analysis allowed us to conclude that in the years that it has been operating it presents regulatory and procedural gaps that limit the coverage and access of certain population groups in the labor field. Periodo 2020 - 2022(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) Ocampo Ordoñez, John Freddy; Cruz Aguilar, Pedro León (Director)The objective of this work is a strategic plan for the clinic of the company Sinergia Global to improve the opportunity in the attention to the user or the patient. A methodological level is described in a descriptive study, which refers to the different elements of the macro and micro environment of the company, the health sector, as well as the internal situation. Respect for results shows a series of opportunities derived from a greater coverage of the health system, which at the same time demands higher quality in the service offered. For its part, the clinic has capabilities such as personal commitment, experience in the market, duties, changes in the sector and the updating of processes, as well as the attention of users. Based on the above, it is included in the list of objectives such as increasing the average sales revenue of the year by 20%, increasing the number of affiliates per year by 20%, and increasing the number of medical services offered by 10%. , among others. To meet these objectives, you can find forms such as: expand the operational capacity of the IPS to meet the demand of patients, attracting consumers. that have increased the number of affiliates, establish a good governance program to maintain transparency in planning and management, design an investment program to adjust to market trends, increase capacity and face new competition, between others It was concluded that the improvement strategies are formulated in response to the weaknesses found in what is expected to affect the attention that the users and with them improve the agenda issue; Assignment, reprogramming and cancellation of appointments, in such a way that the issue of lost places is reduced. Contextually, it is intended to study figures associated with accidents at work and development of occupational diseases in Colombia. In turn, this document includes a light description of the appropriate actions that organizations could take to avoid incurring additional expenses, as a result of inefficient management of occupational safety and health. The bibliographic review method was used for the collection of secondary information sources, which were of paramount importance to construct the discussion of the article.Item Impacto de la responsabilidad social como recurso organizacional en las empresas de Cali en el año 2018(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) López Valencia, Ray Stiven; Riascos Suarez, Darwin Leonidas; Fernández Hurtado, Saul Rick (Director)The objective of this research was to identify the impacts generated by corporate social responsibility applied as an organizational resource in companies in the city of Cali in the year 2018. The methodology used was analytical, and for the analysis of this impact it was performs a virtual survey of 100 residents of Valle del Cauca where they are asked about their perception of the impacts of Corporate Social Responsibility within the private, public sphere and the relevance that this has in their consumption habits and loyalty with companies or brands. As results, it was obtained that the working conditions of the workers and the care of the environment are still kept in the "top of mind" of the public opinion as important milestones that correspond to the Corporate Social Responsibility; which, in short, is a determinant in the image that companies reflect towards customers or the market in general. This research aims to know the impact of social responsibility at the company level and how many companies make use of this strategy.
