In this research work, a comparative analysis of the area of admissions record and academic control of four universities located in the city of Santiago de Cali, selected for their academic level and socioeconomic location, the above is carried out with the purpose of generating benchmarking that visualizes the service of this area at the universities under study. The study is conducted based on the key success variables identified, through some tracer students, which helped to identify, select, describe and analyze some of these in the areas of admissions, registration and control that lead to the selection of the academic program in which the future student of the universities is interested: Icesi, Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, del Valle and Santiago de Cali. So it can be evidenced information collected from tracers and virtual people projected for the development of research, so it is expected to contribute significantly to the improvement of the processes and procedures developed in the area one of these higher education institutions.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the coverage of higher education institutions in the municipality of Buenaventura. For this, a review of the official websites of the four universities was carried out in addition to the official sites of the Ministry of Education such as CNA and SNIES. The results show that: The University of the Valley (Univalle) offers 6 technology programs, 5 undergraduate and one graduate, The University of the Pacific (Unipacifico) offers 3 technologies, 4 undergraduate programs and no postgraduate programs, Antonio Nariño University (UAN) offers one technology, one undergraduate and no postgraduate offer and The university corporation Minuto de Dios (Uniminuto) offers 3 technologies, 2 undergraduate and one postgraduate in the classroom and distance modalities. In conclusion, the areas with the greatest offer in the municipality of Buenaventura are economic sciences and engineering.

This organization based research article aims to review bibliographic articles on the human talent of various authors, where they expose their ideas and related concepts such as: training and development, human capital and skills. This bibliographic review allows the reader to analyze the competences of the collaborators as a fundamental factor in the development of organizations, where they allow the performance and expected results of the individuals through the appropriate use of the tools, with the possibility of selection of qualified personnel to exercise the necessary control in achieving the goals set. As part of the methodology, 30 academic articles from different databases such as ScientDirect, Scopus and Sage Journals were selected. A database was created with the themes of each of these articles in chronological order, authors, titles, brief description, summary and conclusion. Which allowed to extract the key points related to the human resource and what supported the development of this research. With the findings found, relevant information was obtained so that organizations have an existing and direct relationship with employees; because they are the ones that develop through a good management of both internal and external processes and the adequate management of the information for a correct decision making. It is concluded that organizations must make an internal review of the area of human management, for the continuous improvement of the skills and abilities of the people who are part of the organization. Making this a valuable resource for achieving business objectives.

In organizations it is important to recognize and identify the type of leadership, which has been implemented through their managers, so that in this way they can direct change processes and in the same way influence the desired behavior in employees to achieve expected transformations within the company. The objective of the following article is to conduct a literature review to identify the different approaches to leadership in organizations. An investigation was carried out, which consisted of collecting information through scientific databases, using keywords such as: leadership, organization and direction. Thus obtaining various articles, of which thirty were selected. Evidence of different findings regarding characteristics and types of leadership, resulting in leadership in organizations is essential, since it influences the performance of employees, concluding that there are at least two types of transcendental leadership that managers incorporate depending on the organizational needs.
Competitividad y planeación estratégica en las Pymes a nivel nacional

Competitiveness is the ability of a company to achieve and maintain a higher than average profit established in the sector, based on a competitive advantage. Therefore, Competitiveness is an important and determining factor in the success that a company achieves over time. In the case of Pymes in Colombia, this economic sector must be able to compete with other industries already established in the market and subsequently supply customer satisfaction, wishes and needs. The concept of Strategic Planning has become the fundamental axis of organizations that seek to fulfill their objectives. In the same way, companies prepare strategic plans, which aim to execute routes of action in order to face the different challenges in the business environment. The following article aims to review articles to analyze the concepts of competitiveness and strategic planning about Pymes in Colombia. Next, an exhaustive search was conducted in the following ScienceDirect, Scopus and Taylor databases with the keywords such as; Competitiveness, strategic planning and strategy, 30 articles dealing with the aforementioned topics were selected. The definition of competitiveness, strategic planning, importance and evolution of Pymes in Colombia was found, with this approach organization achieve efficient performance that allows them to be competitive and position themselves in the markets. Finally, it was concluded that there is a relationship between the two, in order to be competitive, strategic planning must be formulated, since companies apply this tool from senior management generating an empowerment in each of the functional areas, achieving the objectives and using different instruments that are related to the mission and vision, which are the rationale of the companies.

Safety and Meath at Word (OSH) is an approach to the prevention of labor risks that requires contributions of management systems in safety and health at work in the prevention of these. However the work has brought the exposure to different situations capable of causing occupational injuries and illnesses, even the death to workers. This is why the objective of this study is to analyze the benefits in the implementation of management systems of safety and health at work in companies in the health sector, and in turn to ensure a safe work environment preventing the accidents and reducing the number of injured.
Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de un Centro Comercial en el municipio de Tadó, departamento del Chocó

The feasibility study for the creation of a shopping center in the municipality of Tadó department of Chocó that will have the name of PORTAL DEL SAN JUAN, business opportunity, due to the fact that this municipality does not have a shopping center, which allows recreation, and commercial development is promoted, thereby generating employment, in addition to the economic growth of the population. Therefore, the purpose of carrying out this study and project is to provide an opportunity for local merchants to be part of this proposal, fulfilling the expectations of the population in terms of satisfying the needs of a variety of products and services. The realization of this project is based on exploratory research and its method is deductive, starting from the market, technical and organizational study, which allows to start from general to specific conditions, towards the development of the feasibility study.
Clima organizacional como un factor clave para promover la productividad de las organizaciones

The objective of this document is to address the impact that the organizational climate (CO) has on the growth and productivity of organizations. A bibliography review of documents is used; scientific and academic articles from databases such as Scielo, Sciendirect, Scopus, Elsevier, among others, using as keywords: organizational climate, productivity and evaluation of CO. The CO is present in all organizations, regardless of their economic or social nature, through factors that are perceived differently by employees, which shape the context where productive activity takes place. A rewarding CO favors productivity because it allows motivated and committed employees, which are located at the disposal of their abilities, knowledge and experience. On the contrary, a negative or conflicting CO entails problems such as the withdrawals or disengagement of personnel that have an effect on suspending or reducing the pace of productive activities.
Análisis de la implementación del teletrabajo en las empresas de Colombia

Teleworking is a form of work organization that consists of the performance of work activities outside the company, using information and communication technologies as support, the purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of teleworking in Colombian companies looking for know, its beginnings, characteristics, evolution and the Colombian legislation in front of this new modality of work, demonstrating the conditions to take into account for its implementation. This work has secondary sources from the review of documents in electronic databases and four interviews to officials of the Human Resources Area of organizations and / or entities that have already implemented this new work modality, yielding positive results for the company as for the worker. In conclusion, teleworking is a model that seeks the welfare of the worker and that organizations obtain benefits in terms of increased productivity, more efficient processes, lower costs and reduced absenteeism.

This grade work aims to fulfill the main objective of developing a strategic direction proposal for the company Moras the best. of the city of Cali, dedicated to the purchase and sale, distribution of delinquency packages to the chain warehouses in the city, which currently have different needs, because it does not have a strategic plan is unclear in its future. Due to the constant changes that occur in the environment the company does not have the ability to face its competitors and circumvent the negative factors that may affect it, this is presented because its work is in empirical form without taking into account a study of the environment with respect to competition, the analysis of changes in tastes and many other aspects, therefore, does not achieve the growth that is expected. In the development of this project, the design of a vision, mission, principles and objectives for the company is shown, thus establishing the opportunity to have a corporate culture that ensures that all efforts are guided towards the success of the organization. To develop the different aspects a strategic diagnosis is generated that allows to know its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, coming to have an accurate knowledge of the points that it needs to improve to achieve a better performance competitive in the market. DOFA analysis allows the company to obtain strategies to improve its weaknesses, and take advantage of the opportunities present in the environment, as well as to improve problems related to decisionmaking and coordination, the latter two elements are the strategic direction approach, which allows to be a unit of analysis and formulation of objectives and strategies for the achievement of the goals of the organization.
La importancia de la innovación en las pequeñas y medianas empresas

This research article on the importance of innovation in small and medium enterprises is intended to review the literature of articles that address this issue, it is relevant to keep in mind that innovation is a process and not an end result. A search was performed on the Scopus, Scienciedirect, Taylor and Francis Group databases from 2014 to 2019 and 30 references were obtained. In which it was found that small and medium enterprises at the time of developing an innovation process, the main factors that take into account are the analysis of the environment, the benefits or profits obtained and other elements such as the analysis of affectation and creation of value for the different interest groups, the protection of innovation and the role of the different actors that participate in the process. In conclusion, it was obtained that in order to develop an innovation process, a good organizational climate must exist in the organization in all functional areas. As a result of a culture of innovation.
Ergonomía como riesgo laboral y su impacto en el sector industrial

This article shows the occupational risks that the employees of the industrial sector face because of ergonomic issues, like for posture, repetitive moves, long working days, among other activities to which they are exposed everyday in their workplace. Different events are being investigated in order to evaluate the multiple impacts that ergonomics has and its workplace hazards in the industrial sector due to it is possible to identify that health and safety at jobs are not relevant for some organizations. That is why it is expected to show all the risks and consequences with the intention of giving more importance to the problem in all sectors. The main objective of this research is to highlight the problem of poor implementation of physical ergonomics and the lack of information that people have about the risks to which they are exposed to in the daily life, and in this way to be able to make improvement plans, awareness campaigns and recreational spaces seeking the employees well-being and a better quality of life in their workplace.

Through this document, the causes of the instability of the commercial SMEs in Santiago de Cali are determined between 2014 and 2018. For this, a descriptive study with a qualitative and quantitative approach was applied, using primary and secondary information; This implied the application of a survey of 35 commercial SMEs, whose information contributed to give reliability to the results. The monograph was carried out, through three phases, the first of them allowed to establish the current situation of the SMEs; secondly, the main variables that influence the failure of commercial SMEs are examined; Finally, strategies are proposed that minimize the percentage of desertion of SMEs. It was concluded that small and medium-sized companies in Colombia require that they be given special attention, to the extent that strategies that strengthen the internal structure of these companies are implemented and provide them with tools to face the obstacles that prevent them from prevailing in the market.
