In the development of this project, the design of a vision, mission, principles and objectives for the company is shown, thus establishing the opportunity to have a corporate culture that ensures that all efforts are guided towards the success of the organization. To develop the different aspects a strategic diagnosis is generated that allows to know its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, coming to have an accurate knowledge of the points that it needs to improve to achieve a better performance competitive in the market. DOFA analysis allows the company to obtain strategies to improve its weaknesses, and take advantage of the opportunities present in the environment, as well as to improve problems related to decisionmaking and coordination, the latter two elements are the strategic direction approach, which allows to be a unit of analysis and formulation of objectives and strategies for the achievement of the goals of the organization.Item La importancia de la innovación en las pequeñas y medianas empresas(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) Romero Obando, RonelThis research article on the importance of innovation in small and medium enterprises is intended to review the literature of articles that address this issue, it is relevant to keep in mind that innovation is a process and not an end result. A search was performed on the Scopus, Scienciedirect, Taylor and Francis Group databases from 2014 to 2019 and 30 references were obtained. In which it was found that small and medium enterprises at the time of developing an innovation process, the main factors that take into account are the analysis of the environment, the benefits or profits obtained and other elements such as the analysis of affectation and creation of value for the different interest groups, the protection of innovation and the role of the different actors that participate in the process. In conclusion, it was obtained that in order to develop an innovation process, a good organizational climate must exist in the organization in all functional areas. For the development of this work we can describe the descriptive study, which is described as linked to the internal and external context of the company. Andrés Car Audio, has had a mixed approach, it is the deductive method, in this case it is placed in practice in a Balance Scorecard model to carry out strategic planning. Andrés Car Audio, where he had an interview with the manager and a talk with the collaborators, secondary sources were reviewed such as the Administrative Planning Department, the Tax and Customs Directorate. National (DIAN), Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, Proexport, Sector Level Strong As Asopartes, ANDI, Fenalco, among others. Regarding the results in the environment according to the MEFE Matrix that will yield a 3.0 rating, it is seen that the market offers a greater number of opportunities, the city of Cali offers a market potential for its culture and car audio, however, Responses must be addressed as an increase in competitors and the rise of online marketing that will increase in the long term. In the internal analysis according to the result of the MEFI Matrix, which gave a final score of 2.47, the company must be strongly improved and / or overcome the weaknesses so that it can have a better performance in the market. It is concluded that the strategic planning for the Andrés Car Audio company is viable because it responds to the external context, it also has the internal capacities and needs. A methodological level is described in a descriptive study, which refers to the different elements of the macro and micro environment of the company, the health sector, as well as the internal situation. Respect for results shows a series of opportunities derived from a greater coverage of the health system, which at the same time demands higher quality in the service offered. For its part, the clinic has capabilities such as personal commitment, experience in the market, duties, changes in the sector and the updating of processes, as well as the attention of users. Based on the above, it is included in the list of objectives such as increasing the average sales revenue of the year by 20%, increasing the number of affiliates per year by 20%, and increasing the number of medical services offered by 10%. , among others. To meet these objectives, you can find forms such as: expand the operational capacity of the IPS to meet the demand of patients, attracting consumers. that have increased the number of affiliates, establish a good governance program to maintain transparency in planning and management, design an investment program to adjust to market trends, increase capacity and face new competition, between others It was concluded that the improvement strategies are formulated in response to the weaknesses found in what is expected to affect the attention that the users and with them improve the agenda issue; Assignment, reprogramming and cancellation of appointments, in such a way that the issue of lost places is reduced. Therefore, Competitiveness is an important and determining factor in the success that a company achieves over time. In the case of Pymes in Colombia, this economic sector must be able to compete with other industries already established in the market and subsequently supply customer satisfaction, wishes and needs. The concept of Strategic Planning has become the fundamental axis of organizations that seek to fulfill their objectives. In the same way, companies prepare strategic plans, which aim to execute routes of action in order to face the different challenges in the business environment. The following article aims to review articles to analyze the concepts of competitiveness and strategic planning about Pymes in Colombia. Next, an exhaustive search was conducted in the following ScienceDirect, Scopus and Taylor databases with the keywords such as; Competitiveness, strategic planning and strategy, 30 articles dealing with the aforementioned topics were selected. The definition of competitiveness, strategic planning, importance and evolution of Pymes in Colombia was found, with this approach organization achieve efficient performance that allows them to be competitive and position themselves in the markets. A bibliography review of documents is used; scientific and academic articles from databases such as Scielo, Sciendirect, Scopus, Elsevier, among others, using as keywords: organizational climate, productivity and evaluation of CO. The CO is present in all organizations, regardless of their economic or social nature, through factors that are perceived differently by employees, which shape the context where productive activity takes place. A rewarding CO favors productivity because it allows motivated and committed employees, which are located at the disposal of their abilities, knowledge and experience. On the contrary, a negative or conflicting CO entails problems such as the withdrawals or disengagement of personnel that have an effect on suspending or reducing the pace of productive activities.Item Análisis de la implementación del teletrabajo en las empresas de Colombia(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) Belalcázar Millán, Julieth; Lasso Montoya, María Camila; Quiroz Macías, Paula AndreaTeleworking is a form of work organization that consists of the performance of work activities outside the company, using information and communication technologies as support, the purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of teleworking in Colombian companies looking for know, its beginnings, characteristics, evolution and the Colombian legislation in front of this new modality of work, demonstrating the conditions to take into account for its implementation. This work has secondary sources from the review of documents in electronic databases and four interviews to officials of the Human Resources Area of organizations and / or entities that have already implemented this new work modality, yielding positive results for the company as for the worker. The methodology used was analytical, and for the analysis of this impact it was performs a virtual survey of 100 residents of Valle del Cauca where they are asked about their perception of the impacts of Corporate Social Responsibility within the private, public sphere and the relevance that this has in their consumption habits and loyalty with companies or brands. As results, it was obtained that the working conditions of the workers and the care of the environment are still kept in the "top of mind" of the public opinion as important milestones that correspond to the Corporate Social Responsibility; which, in short, is a determinant in the image that companies reflect towards customers or the market in general. This article is developed under the methodology of reviewing scientific literature, to conclude that the sector has opportunities in the country of destination with the chapter on tariff preparation of vegetables and fruits, specifically with conserved mango and pineapple items
