Item Diseño del plan estratégico para la clínica de la Empresa Sinergia Global para mejorar la oportunidad en la atención al usuario o paciente. Periodo 2020 - 2022(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) Ocampo Ordoñez, John Freddy; Cruz Aguilar, Pedro LeónThe objective of this work is a strategic plan for the clinic of the company Sinergia Global to improve the opportunity in the attention to the user or the patient. A methodological level is described in a descriptive study, which refers to the different elements of the macro and micro environment of the company, the health sector, as well as the internal situation. Respect for results shows a series of opportunities derived from a greater coverage of the health system, which at the same time demands higher quality in the service offered. For its part, the clinic has capabilities such as personal commitment, experience in the market, duties, changes in the sector and the updating of processes, as well as the attention of users. Based on the above, it is included in the list of objectives such as increasing the average sales revenue of the year by 20%, increasing the number of affiliates per year by 20%, and increasing the number of medical services offered by 10%. , among others. To meet these objectives, you can find forms such as: expand the operational capacity of the IPS to meet the demand of patients, attracting consumers. that have increased the number of affiliates, establish a good governance program to maintain transparency in planning and management, design an investment program to adjust to market trends, increase capacity and face new competition, between others It was concluded that the improvement strategies are formulated in response to the weaknesses found in what is expected to affect the attention that the users and with them improve the agenda issue; Assignment, reprogramming and cancellation of appointments, in such a way that the issue of lost places is reduced. The leader develops the ability to intelligently manage his emotions, facilitating the relationship with his environment, which makes possible the achievement of objectives in professional, social and personal life. The methodology used was documentary research, which consisted of the review, reading, interpretation and analysis of 30 articles, contained in the databases for the ScienceDiret, Scopus and Gale research, which contained the words object of our study, “Intelligence Emotional ”,“ Leadership ”,“ Leader ”, on which summaries were made, giving them a priority so that these were the ones that provide the most relevant information according to the topic that needed to be expanded, which in this case is leadership and influence that Emotional Intelligence experts on it. After the analysis of the readings made, the following conclusions were reached: a) Emotional intelligence is the distinctive element of a leader, which ensures the good development of teamwork, conflict resolution and goal fulfillment, whether personal or personal. an organization, b) When talking about emotional intelligence frames a leader who has the ability to understand their emotions and those of others, c) The leader constantly exercises and applies his emotional skills in any environment of his life, d) Emotional intelligence fosters the development of creativity and the ability to innovate. An strategic with great success, that achieved commitment, and motivated workers towards its employers. However, there are many ways to generate additional incentives not only monetary, but to benefit employees. Therefore, companies develop different strategies to achieve this in three main categories: the emotional salary and its impact on personal and work life of the employees, adjust behaviors and its environment, and motivation in the execution of activities. On the other hand, it is found that, in Colombia, although emotional strategies are implemented to improve the productivity and quality of life of the employees, the cost-benefit ratio is not measured and in many cases, the concept of emotional salary and all the advantages that are unknown they could be obtained with an adequate implementation of this in the organizational processes. In this context, a survey is applied throughout two interviews with experts on the subject, with the aim of identifying future lines of research related to emotional salary, a representative sample was not taken into account because it was not a project of research of a greater scope but it was to tried to reach an approach that allowed to visualize its intervention in business development. These people work in companies that, although they have not implemented the emotional salary as such, they do have emotional strategies towards their employees. Therefore, the testimonies and comments on the results they have had particularly the execution of the emotional salary served as a contribution, complement or finding in this investigation. On the other hand, within the methodology of the research an exploratory study was applied, where bibliographic review was used as secondary sources such as the review of academic articles and digital books, which served to deepen the subject of study which was complemented with interviews to experts as a survey to reinforce the findings. In addition, this work is supported under the deductive method, where the topics and general cases of emotional salary found how this alternative has managed to improve the productivity and quality of life of companies and workers respectively in the world, and if properly regulated and implemented, it could be developed in Colombia in the same way. In this sense, it was found that by controlling and measuring the cost-benefit ratio and regulating the implementation of the emotional salary properly in Colombian business sectors, you would obtain an organizational productivity strategy for the achievement of the objectives and personal development for the retention and care of the human capital. At the methodological level, a descriptive type of study is used, as well as techniques for collecting information, the bibliographic review is used, which collects data from official documents of entities such as the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, Ministry of Labor, in addition to statistics issued by the Administrators of Labor Risks (A.R.L.). Approaching the implementation of the SGSST from the human talent management implies an improvement in terms of productivity, given that a safe environment leads to improved productive activities affecting the performance of different positions. The implications of the implementation of an SGSST are different; on the one hand the numbers of accidents, morbidity and mortality are reduced, which reduces days of incapacity and derived costs in health. On the other hand, it avoids legal sanctions for non-compliance with SGL legislation, increases productivity, while motivating and committing workers. Similarly, the consolidation of safe environments thanks to the SGSST allows companies to have an image of social responsibility with their workers and the different collaborators.Item Determinación de la viabilidad para la creación de una empresa de malteadas personalizadas en la Ciudad de Cali en el 2019(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) Vallejo Imitola, Juan David; Rojas, Alfonso LucasLa malteada, una bebida la cual era promovida en farmacias en sus inicios como una mezcla de malta y leche, donde en el siglo XVIII la misma era mezclada con whisky y ponche, entre otros ingredientes con el fin de cumplir funciones medicinales, disfrutaba una posición de bebida tónica para enfermos, con el tiempo la misma fue evolucionando hasta ser mezcladas con helado, chocolate, fresa y demás ingredientes, dejando de ser una bebida medicinal a una la cual empezó a ser vendida en las fuentes de soda de la época como una bebida destinada a la diversión Esta propuesta de modelo de negocio nace de la visita de un local de “Sblended Milkshakes” en Londres, Inglaterra, la cual promueve la compra de una bebida malteada con un sinfín de sabores por mezclarle a la misma por un valor unitario de elección o “topping”, ésta idea en su época cambiaba el modelo de una malteada de un solo sabor, abrió las puertas a la creatividad del mercado para explorar diferentes sabores, combinaciones y métodos de impacto visual sobre una simple bebida a base de helado. For the development of this work we can describe the descriptive study, which is described as linked to the internal and external context of the company. Andrés Car Audio, has had a mixed approach, it is the deductive method, in this case it is placed in practice in a Balance Scorecard model to carry out strategic planning. Andrés Car Audio, where he had an interview with the manager and a talk with the collaborators, secondary sources were reviewed such as the Administrative Planning Department, the Tax and Customs Directorate. National (DIAN), Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, Proexport, Sector Level Strong As Asopartes, ANDI, Fenalco, among others. Regarding the results in the environment according to the MEFE Matrix that will yield a 3.0 rating, it is seen that the market offers a greater number of opportunities, the city of Cali offers a market potential for its culture and car audio, however, Responses must be addressed as an increase in competitors and the rise of online marketing that will increase in the long term. In the internal analysis according to the result of the MEFI Matrix, which gave a final score of 2.47, the company must be strongly improved and / or overcome the weaknesses so that it can have a better performance in the market. Four objectives were developed for the direction proposed to the entity. First, the strategic diagnosis, where an exhaustive interview was set with the manager and legal representative of such organization, in order to analyze the inner and outer environment of the company, and to identify and evaluate through the necessary matrixes, the possible strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that the corporation has. Second, the direction, which consists of the elaboration of the mission, vision, objectives, corporative principles and values, that let every human talent of the entity have a better corporative scope and, thus, be able to stipulate in an efficient way the goals that help the enterprise achieve its vision. In addition, with the development of the objectives that were mentioned previously, the strategies are formulated. When carrying them out, those strategies will be able to counter the weaknesses and threats the enterprise has through its strengths and opportunities. In this way, they will contribute to the organization improvement and to be more competitive in the market. The analysis of the study will help the solution of the interpersonal relationships in the companies to project improvement strategies, with which the company obtains better performance in its collaborators' plant, in the implementation of the applications of the system, which favors the efficiency and permanence of the same, also of becoming extensive towards other areas of the organization. The problem, on the other hand, arises from the uneasiness of organizations because of the interpersonal relationships that can be a determining factor in the performance, the application of the organizational climate, to be concerned about the interactions that employees have in it. The objective of this research is to analyze the impact of digital marketing as a contribution to the growth of new entrepreneurs in the service sector in the city of Santiago de Cali. Currently, in the city of Santiago de Cali there is a necessity to promote the culture of reading through alternatives that attract the people’s attention and generate welcome and satisfaction. Based on the increase since 2017 went from 21% to 27% reading newspapers and magazines is the second hobby that grew the most in the last year. In the perception, survey for 2017 going out to a restaurant is better for most citizens despise feeling less safe than in a shopping center.
