Item Análisis de las principales variables impactadas con el proceso de implementación de acreditación en una empresa social del estado (ese) del sector salud de primer nivel en Santiago de Cali.(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2020) Mosquera López, Diana Marcela; Osorio, Jorge Leonardo; Sinisterra, Harry Antonio; Andrade Agudelo, Doris LiliaThe objective of this work is to determine the benefit reflected in the services derived from the implementation of the quality accreditation process in the ESE Center Health Network in the city of Santiago de Cali, during the period of 2015 - 2018. At the methodological level the documentary review of academic documents, official and management reports of the ESE under study in the period between 2014 and 2018 was used. The accreditation brings benefits in the operational capacity of the ESE of health, regarding the progress of patients was achieved an increase, progressive between 2014 and 2018, in the latter where evidence will be achieved that had a progress of 2004 patients. In financial terms, a positive impact was also found, the ESE presented a budget balance where revenues are greater than the projected expenses for validity, the average income over expenses is 6%, registering a greater increase in 2017 of a year. 12% of the value of expenses, which concludes that the administration has policies to increase production with a level of projected expenses or below budget. Part of the economic success focused on the sale of services of the entity in the attention to the population of the subsidized regime, one for its geographical location in the most vulnerable communities of the city and another for the regime of users of greater attention in the provision of services of the city of Cali. The quality accreditation process that is implemented in the ESE Center Health Network in the city of Santiago de Cali, during the 2015-2018 period, is the product of a progressive effort from the management of the institution with the emphatic support of the Secretariat of Municipal Health of Cali, which has proposed a general strategy to protect the right to health of the population of the city.
