The main objective of the DG Equipment and Parts of Colombia is to achieve greater participation in the Santiago de Cali market, with the objective of achieving competitive advantages in the shopping experience, customer service, diversity in the product portfolio, Guarantee Backing, emphasize loyalty and reoccurrence in the purchase. The strategies that can be applied to the company DG Equipos y Partes de Colombia They focus on responding to the conditions of the environment and the sector, in this sense, the objective is to achieve a greater penetration in the market of the city of Cali, which implies improving commercial activity, strengthening marketing and activities such as promotion that focuses on publicizing the brand, as well as the portfolio of services and products. Respect in the plan of action concludes that this is viable given that it contains tactics, activities, budgets, schedule, which facilitates the implementation according to plan, as well as the monitoring and partial and total control that must be carried out to correct the errors if necessary, especially that the environment is dynamic and constant that the development of the company.
