Item Percepción del empleador sobre el desempeño de los egresados del programa de enfermería de una universidad privada 2018-2024(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2024) Calderón Suarez, Karen Dayanah; Pardo Vargas, Edwin Andrés; Caicedo Solarte, Lucy Esther (Directora)Introduction: To carry out the continuous improvement in the nursing program, it is important to know the perception of the employer, in front of our graduates and thus determine the impact of the graduate on the work, professional and personal environment. If it conforms to the requirements and demands of the medium and the guidelines established by the National Accreditation Council (CNA), recognizing that a high quality program is determined by the work performance and impact of its graduates, it is essential to follow up through the knowledge of the perception that employers have, since one of the quality indicators of a program when evaluated by the CNA. Objective: To know the perception of employers in relation to the work performance of the nursing program of the Santiago de Cali university. Methodology: Quantitative type study, being carried out by employers of the teaching/service agreement of graduates of the nursing program of the University of Santiago de Cali. Using an instrument through the application of an interview to focus groups, carrying out a survey to be able to know the perception, evaluating aspects such as learning, work aspects, contributing to the professional and personal profile.
