Item Salud sexual y reproductiva en adolescentes: una revisión bibliográfica con enfoque de género 2019-2025(2025) Hernández Ríos, Isabella; Londoño Tapasco, Paula Andrea; Usuriaga Ricaurte, Nicol Valeria; Leal Valencia, Claudia Patricia (Directora); Alzate Velásquez, Natali (Directora)During adolescence, sexual and reproductive health represents a challenge in contexts marked by structural inequalities, such as Colombia's. This literature review analyzed the gender perspective in the way in which cases related to sexual health are addressed by adolescents treated at the HUV, a reference medical center in the southwest of the country. A qualitative approach with a hermeneutical paradigm was used, through this bibliographic review of scientific studies published between 2019 and 2025. The articles were selected based on criteria of topicality, relevance, peer review and gender approach, prioritizing Latin American research. The review identified fragmented care, focused on immediate clinical events, but insufficient in the promotion of sexual rights from an educational, psychosocial and preventive perspective. The persistence of revictimizing practices, stigmatization, and the absence of sustainable institutional programs that respond to the specific realities of adolescent girls, men, and non-binary people were evidenced. It is concluded that the health system, particularly in institutions such as hospitals, must move towards a comprehensive model of adolescent care with a focus on gender, intersectionality, and rights. It is recommended to strengthen comprehensive sex education, create differentiated care routes, train health personnel and articulate efforts between educational, community and hospital sectors. Likewise, the need to produce evidence with a differential approach that guides more inclusive and transformative public policies is highlighted.Item Trébol de efectos: el impacto profundo de la violencia familiar en el desarrollo de los adolescentes(2024) Rodriguez Nicole Dayan; Jimenez , Ingrid Yiced; Arias Florez, Juana Valentina; Samboni Vallejo, Adriana (Director)Domestic violence is a persistent phenomenon that affects multiple dimensions of human development, this representing a serious risk for those who suffer from it. The World Health Organization (WHO) has highlighted domestic violence as a priority public health problem due to its immediate and long-term negative consequences. This problem is especially critical during adolescence, a period of significant biological, psychological and social changes that can be deeply marked by violence. Adolescents, as a vulnerable group, often internalize it. This article seeks to contribute to the understanding of these impacts. Through the methodology of documentary analysis, the bibliographic review technique and the hermeneutic paradigm, collecting studies carried out between 2018 and 2024. Using the Specialized Analytical Review (RAE) matrix to organize the information in a structured way. The results highlight that psychological and physical violence are the most common forms of abuse in the family environment, generating behavioral effects in adolescents such as aggression and the normalization of violence, as well as cognitive problems related to learning and memory. In the emotional sphere, these adolescents present high levels of stress, low self-esteem and a greater risk of psychopathologies
