To begin it is important to locate the objective of this work; which is to develop the role of the social worker within the area of safety and health at work that will be referred to as SST from now on, based on the case ACTION FOR PROTECTION FOR RECOGNITION OF SURVIVOR'S PENSION (Sentence T-134/2013). The essay is composed in its initial phase by the explanation of the case from the family sphere, this being the main pillar of society and of the case itself, in the second part the litigation issue of the case is broken down, the second item will be analyzed from OSH AND Social Work (TS) without leaving aside the insurer of this and occupational risks (ARL), the mine AND the legal actions of the estates that developed the case, as a third point the dialogue Will be resumed from the importance of the life from promotion and prevention (PYP), to finish, a conclusion will be made that synthesizes everything said above.
