There is an identified issue of non-compliance with regulations and the omission of these deviations, which could lead to potential sanctions due to the lack of a structured process that directs the accreditation and verification of accredited and to-be-accredited services. The main objective is to improve the quality and safety of the services provided and to design a clear and structured procedure by creating a standardized process that ensures compliance with regulatory criteria. Through the self-assessment of accreditation standards, as outlined in the aforementioned resolution, a report on the current state of regulatory compliance was generated, which identified a number of deviations. Based on this, an action plan was proposed to correct the identified deviations. Additionally, an accreditation procedure was documented according to the criteria established by the institution for drafting administrative procedures, and annexed forms were also structured. The result of this proposal was to standardize the accreditation procedure to optimize the detection and correction of non-compliance, strengthening the monitoring of compliance with accreditation standards for healthcare services in relation to government audits. In addition to reducing the possibility of sanctions, the aim is to improve the quality and safety of the services provided by the institution.
