Methodology: Descriptive observational study design of cross section. Results: of patients with SPO2 versus 33.3% (n = 1) of patients with SaO2 / FIO2 <300, with a significance value of 0.031. Conclusions: SaO2 / FiO2 as a predictor of oxygen withdrawal in the pediatric patient can be used safely.
