Item Protocolos más efectivos de fisioterapia en pacientes 40-75 años con post infarto agudo de miocardio(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2022) Aguilar Manquillo, Darlyn Alexandra; Márquez Cabuyales, María del Mar; Restrepo Múnera, Luz Edilia; García Álvarez, Adriana (Directora)According to the literature review, different structures were identified in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation programs through 3 phases of intervention. The objective was to identify most effective cardiopulmonary rehabilitation protocols in patients aged 45 to 75 years with post-acute myocardial infarction reported in the literature from the period 2015 to 2022. Materials and methods: A search was made in the following databases: Scielo, Science Direct, PubMed, 5 Elsevier, PEDro, MedLine, was conducted in case and cohort studies randomized in databases. The 30 articles met the inclusion criteria and quality of evidence according to the PEDro scale and PRISMA declaration, respectively, were selected. Results: The most effective protocols of cardiopulmonary physiotherapy were found, taking into account the type of exercise, intensity, duration, frequency and rate of progression in the exercise prescription. It is necessary to develop more exploratory studies on cardiopulmonary rehabilitation protocols to promote a better quality of life. Conclusion: It was identified that cardiopulmonary physiotherapy programs focused on aerobic and strength training in the patients under study are safe and beneficial because they improve functional capacity, providing a better quality of life.
