    Como a través de la estrategia pedagógica "la huerta ecológica" se logra motivar a los niños y niñas del jardín infantil Las Tórtolas de Timbiquí Cauca a que regresen al aula

    The present project focuses on the use of the pedagogical strategy, "The organic garden", which gives the motivation of children in the Kindergarten of the Tórtolas de Timbiquí Cauca to return to the classroom. In the kindergarten there are 15 children between 2 and 6 years old. The current problem is that children have left the classroom because they prefer to accompany their parents to their work, being these the agriculture and fishing. For the above, we present the pedagogical proposal The Organic Garden in order to motivate children to return to the classroom, the proposal de contextualiza since it is part of their culture and daily practices of family life , but through this a pedagogical purpose is achieved where one works from the integrality of the boy and the girl. Through this, the aim is to improve the learning rhythms, and in this way, boys and girls, boys and girls.

    Estrategias de enseñanza que contribuyen a fomentar el autoestima en la primera infancia

    The research developed made use of a qualitative methodology, with a descriptive approach, which was attended by eleven kindergarten students from the Santiaguitos Children's Garden in the city of Cali; where a series of recreational-pedagogical activities were implemented with the children of the pre-kindergarten two grade, in order to improve the socio-affective competence specifically in the management of an inadequate self-esteem. We sought to strengthen the emotional state of the children, their intra and inter personal relationships, which is why we went to the development of a didactic sequence divided into ten sessions each aiming to improve the socio affective competence.

    Influencia de la comunicación oral en la interacción social en educación infantil

    The present work is a research project that is framed in the description of the concrete situations in which the influence that oral communication has on the social interaction of the boys and girls of the transition school, of the implementation of a plan of activities that foster moments of observation of the different aspects that intervene in oral communication; It is very important to keep in mind that adequate communication is a fundamental means to make good practices of coexistence and thus generate a good social interaction. The results have some difficulties in aspects such as expression, attention and interpretation and the sea with their peers and teachers; when making the initial comparison with the final, it is important to highlight that these present difficulties can be improved through the implementation of different activities or strategies according to the characteristics of each child.

    Perspectiva De La Educación Inicial en el CDI Nido Colibrí en la Ciudad Santiago De Cali

    In the Early childhood education, is the fundamental basis for training human beings with tolerant social capacities to the changes that arise due to diverse beliefs, cultural activities, family types, the advancement of technology, and even other aspects that may affect people who have no emotional, mental, and physical strength. For this reason, we make emphasize in Colombia, where early childhood receives prioritary treatment in the whole national territory, which is protected by public policies for caring the early childhood, that is why our research group concern if these policies are being followed or not in the child development centers of the city of Cali. We carry out this research proposal, which aims to determine the actions of integral development, which are promoted by the CDI Nido Colibrí educational environment in the city of Santiago de Cali, in favor of collecting information within the framework of Public Policies for Comprehensive Care, giving a perspective from the experiences in the classrooms and the different things related to the educational environment of boys and girls under 6 years of age, recognizing the factors that influence in their full development and training. Giving to an answer to the specific objectives that characterize the role and enabling actions of educational agents that promote integral development in boys and girls within the framework of Public Policy for Early Childhood. Second, to characterize the conditions in terms of the educational protection environment, safety and enriching promoting the early childhood development in the city of Santiago de Cali. Third, no less important to analyze the enabling actions of child development in advance of the educational and structuring environment of initial education that enables the comprehensive development of girls and boys in early childhood in the city of Santiago de Cali. For this reason, it is essential to perceive some aspects that one way or another are involved in the early childhood educational environment, noting what is related to the level of human talent, learning environments and spaces, in addition to the family and the community that are part of the initial education.
