The present monograph is presented clearly to any public, it has been found necessary to associate tools to the area of human talent, conceiving them as important for the competitive development of an organization, the way in which the importance of using eight categories can be conceived applied that allow the generation of value for the organization from its collaborators to comply with the organizational goals and objectives. In relation to the previously mentioned by different authors, it can be said with certainty that human talent should have people who guide their activities to achieve better productivity and greater commitment, the people who will be in charge of guiding must be leaders who ensure that human resources are a fundamental tool for the development and competitiveness of a company, especially if we are talking about a generation of value at the level of human talent emphasized with leadership practices applied to the employees of the organization
