Diseño de estrategias de mejoramiento a partir de un diagnóstico de clima organizacional en la empresa Green S.A.S.

This research work presents the diagnosis of the organizational climate of the company Green S.A.S. based on the perception of its collaborators, through an instrument to measure climate in Colombian organizations (IMCOC), developed by Professor Carlos Eduardo Méndez. The results indicate a favorable climate, with the most outstanding dimensions being interpersonal relations and control, while the cooperation and decision making dimensions obtained a neutral and unfavorable qualification, respectively. Independently of the measurement instrument, there are shown the results of a survey with open questions that allows identifying the aspects that most value the collaborators within the company, causes of demotivation, among others. Finally, different action plans are proposed describing improvement strategies that encompass the results.
