A survey was conducted to identify employees' needs regarding "emotional salary" (qualitative compensation). Based on the results, strategies were proposed to implement a more effective compensation system that aligns with the organization's resources. The study concludes with a set of recommendations for the company, aimed at increasing worker satisfaction and performance.
