Motivación extrínseca y su influencia en la productividad en una empresa del sector comercial área logística.

This thesis, titled "Extrinsic Motivation and its Influence on Productivity in a Commercial Sector Company in the Logistics Area," aimed to determine the relationship between extrinsic motivation and productivity in the logistics area of a commercial sector company, addressing the question: Is there an influence between extrinsic motivation and productivity? The study employed a descriptive-correlational methodological design, using two anonymous questionnaires administered to all personnel in the logistics area. The scope was descriptive in measuring the degree of extrinsic motivation and correlational in verifying its relationship with productivity. Despite the fact that productivity levels in the company were satisfactory or very satisfactory, the results show that no direct correlation estimate was found between the variables of extrinsic motivation and productivity in the studied sample.
