Estilo de liderazgo y su relación con la gestión en la empresa comercializadora de productos de papelería en Palmira Valle del Cauca.

This study focused on analyzing the relationship between leadership style and management in a traditional family-owned paper trading company in Palmira. Using Kurt Lewin's theoretical framework (authoritarian, democratic, and laissez-faire styles), the research adopted a mixed-methods approach. Data collection involved a survey (Kurt Lewin's questionnaire) and a semi-structured interview with the sample, consisting of the commercial manager (father) and the commercial director (daughter), representing the second and third generations, respectively. The analysis was supplemented by the use of SWOT matrices. The main results indicated the predominance of the democratic leadership style, which has been beneficial for the company's management, particularly in improving quality through the promotion of teamwork and responsible delegation of duties.
