Item Clima organizacional como un factor clave para promover la productividad de las organizaciones(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) Orozco García, Luz Mary; Arroyo Burbano, Lina María; García Ocampo, DavidThe objective of this document is to address the impact that the organizational climate (CO) has on the growth and productivity of organizations. A bibliography review of documents is used; scientific and academic articles from databases such as Scielo, Sciendirect, Scopus, Elsevier, among others, using as keywords: organizational climate, productivity and evaluation of CO. The CO is present in all organizations, regardless of their economic or social nature, through factors that are perceived differently by employees, which shape the context where productive activity takes place. A rewarding CO favors productivity because it allows motivated and committed employees, which are located at the disposal of their abilities, knowledge and experience. On the contrary, a negative or conflicting CO entails problems such as the withdrawals or disengagement of personnel that have an effect on suspending or reducing the pace of productive activities.
