Item Impacto del conflicto armado en la salud mental de los adolescentes. Colombia 2022: Revisión de alcance.(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2023) Calambás Pachón, Lisette Andrea; Martos Carlosama, Dennys Daniela ; Acevedo Gil, María Camila; Benavidez Portilla, Mercedes (Directora)General objective: Identify the impact of the armed conflict on adolescents in Colombia in the period 2018-2022. Materials and methods: A scope review was carried out with a qualitative, descriptive approach using the Joanna Briggs criteria tool for the development of critical reading, as well as the use of the PRISMA diagram for the selection of articles. Databases such as: Scielo, Springer, Dialnet, Redalyc, Google Scholar, Scopus and ScienceDirect were taken into account. In turn, Boolean operators such as (OR) and (AND) were used. The descriptors in Health Science (DeCS) were used to search for the keywords. Results: Symptoms clearly related to mental health such as mood, anguish and anxiety disorders (post-traumatic stress) were identified. These problems also generate family disintegration, socioeconomic effects, poverty, with an additional aggravating circumstance that is forced displacement, also affecting the educational field where a decrease in academic performance, disinterest and desertion was found. Conclusions: Faced with the findings found, the affectation of adolescent victims of the armed conflict is evident both in their mental health and in their educational process, in the family, social and economic spheres. Given the seriousness of this problem, it would be pertinent that it be socialized and analyzed and from this perspective and as a vulnerable population offer intervention options from the academy both in their mental health and in their social process to improve their future possibilities.
