The objective of this research is to analyze, through a documentary review, the impact that the precariousness of employment has on the social conditions and integral human development of people with motor disabilities. For this, a documentary review was carried out through the different epistemic and literary perspectives, carrying out each of the categories of analysis such as: Job insecurity, world of work, social conditions, disability, and integral human development, generating a response to the research question through the results obtained. The main findings are: The impact on social conditions due to job insecurity, job insecurity experienced by people with disabilities, the lack of social and labor inclusion in people with disabilities, concept of disability from the social theory of disability, the current world of work, and job insecurity
