La lúdica como herramienta de aprendizaje en ingeniería industrial

In the history of learning, the category that has developed the most and contains the most authors contributing ideas is that of experience-based learning. The experience has been significant during the progress of learning, however, there is no single way to learn, besides, that over the years it has not yet been possible to discover what is the best way to retain knowledge. The biggest problem in Colombia is the drop-out of people in higher education. Among the main reasons is the little progress and research in the area. The article presents a bibliographic review on playfulness as a methodological tool in industrial engineering, in which its effectiveness applied in the classroom is identified. In addition, it is intended to classify the techniques of the working methodology in the implementation, year of publication and subjects in which they have been proposed this play. Finally, it proposes a play to apply in an industrial engineering subject, in which a theme is proposed for its application and demonstrate that play as a tool is a step to advance and innovate in higher education pedagogy.
