Item Revisión de indicadores del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad en el área de preparación y molienda del Ingenio Riopaila Castilla S.A, Planta Castilla(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2022) Álvarez Flórez, Marlon Sebastián; Piñeros Chávez, Laura Patricia; Saa Valencia, Jhon Sebastián; Rojas López, Johanna (Directora)The objective of this article is to develop a follow-up of the last three productive months of the years 2020 and 2021, on the mostcritical quality indicators within the databases of the preparation and grinding area, specifically in the mills of the Ingenio Riopaila Castilla. Castilla Plant. For the development of the objective, a search of projects, reports and the Scopus research tool is carried out, where 4,495 articles are obtained, of which 30 of these will be analyzed, in order to know the background of the ISO 9001- 2015, the importance of the Quality Management System within companies, together with the repercussion of a good implementation of quality indicators, to subsequently make a comparison of the critical indicators using the MINITAB statistical software. In the main result, it is evident that the indicators compared in the mills, can verify to the Ingenuity its control of efficiency and performance of its processes, due to what is shown in the graphs with the control limits provided by it, in addition to allow the finding of devising a new standardization within the process selected for the Percentage (%) Moisture in Bagasse indicator, carrying out new more productive limits for it.
