Item Intervenciones Fisioterapéuticas en pacientes con Vestibulopatía Bilateral. Literary Review Introduction: Idiopathic bilateral vestibulopathy is an otorhinolaryngological condition characterized by dysfunction of both peripheral labyrinths or the eighth cranial nerve nerves. The present literature review aims to determine the effectiveness of the most commonly used physiotherapeutic treatments for the treatment of patients with bilateral vestibulopathy.. Methodology: A literature review was conducted in the PubMed, Science Direct, Scopus, Clarivate, Taylor and Francis, Nature, and Springer databases from the inception of the databases until November 2023. The selection criteria were previously defined according to the type of intervention and the description in the article. Results: Of the Of the 11 articles included, the main physiotherapeutic interventions used techniques aimed at promoting the plasticity of the central nervous system through adaptation or generation of replacement mechanisms in patients with balance disorders. Conclusions: Of the treatments used in bilateral vestibulopathy, it was determined that all interventions present a decrease in the symptoms associated with the pathology and in aspects such as walking, postural stability, postural control, balance and the subjective feeling of improvement in relation to daily life activities.
