Chest trauma is defined as an accidental event caused by a mechanical agent, it is considered one of the main causes of death in the world in the first four decades of life, likewise, the management of the patient with TT, including respiratory physiotherapy has shown the reduction of these complications and mortality rates. There is a lack of evidence in the investigations, so it is recommended to carry out more studies about the respiratory techniques used in patients with TT, thus achieving a better understanding of their diagnosis and treatment.
