dc.description	Esta revisión bibliográfica plantea como objetivo general analizar la evolución de los tratamientos alternativos para el rejuvenecimiento facial. Para lograr recolectar la información necesaria y fidedigna se realizó una revisión en las bases de datos Google académico, Springer, Taylor and Francis group, Science Direct, PubMed, Nature, Dialnet, y Scopus, tomando como rango de fecha los años entre el 2018 y 2023, incluyendo artículos científicos, tesis, y artículos de revisión. Los resultados pueden ser de mucha utilidad para el sector de cirugía cosmética facial en cuanto a la combinación de procesos quirúrgicos y los avances tecnológicos para garantizar resultados óptimos a los pacientes, al mismo tiempo que se motiva a buscar la mejora de las técnicas en beneficio de reducir al máximo posible la tasa de complicaciones. La ritidoplastia es la opción que mejor se ajusta a las necesidades de aquellas personas interesadas en corregir ciertas anomalías faciales propias del envejecimiento; en esta investigación queda plasmado el profesionalismo con el que se realiza cada procedimiento en beneficio de darle al paciente una apariencia juvenil sin perder la naturalidad del rostro
dc.description.abstract	The general objective of this literature review is to analyze the evolution of alternative treatments for facial rejuvenation. In order to collect the necessary and reliable information, a review was carried out in the databases Google Scholar, Springer, Taylor and Francis group, Science Direct, PubMed, Nature, Dialnet, and Scopus, taking as a date range the years between 2018 and 2023, including scientific articles, theses, and review articles. The results can be very useful for the facial cosmetic surgery sector in terms of the combination of surgical processes and technological advances to ensure optimal results for patients, while motivating the search for improvement of techniques for the benefit of reducing the rate of complications as much as possible. Rhytidoplasty is the option that best suits the needs of those interested in correcting certain facial anomalies typical of aging; in this research is reflected in the professionalism with which each procedure is performed for the benefit of giving the patient a youthful appearance without losing the naturalness of the face
