Item Protocolos colombianos para la atención a víctimas de violencia sexual en la fase prehospitalaria: una revisión de alcance(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2023) Noreña Álvarez, María José; Valencia Perlaza, Luisa Hasbleidy; Herrera González, Brenda; Rojas, Luis Esteban (Director)In the research history of this review article, a deep analysis of the literatures about the initial protocol of sexual abuse in the prehospital environment was carried out, to which it was generally found different topics associated to sexual abuse, for the selection of the articles it was taken into account that the information was adapted to the need of this article; therefore 23 articles that fulfilled the requirements already mentioned were chosen, thanks to the diversity of the databases it was possible to have articles of scientific weight from countries such as Africa, Brazil and Spain. With this research result, the deficiency of information in Colombia regarding the protocol of initial care of the victims was ratified, taking into account that no specific information was found regarding the care in the pre-hospital environment, giving clarity of the lack of a guide or optimal protocol of the above mentioned, in order to improve the damages, sequels and morbidity that this incident leaves in the victims due to the lack of an optimal care of the management of these. Sexual violence is an issue that concerns the whole world; therefore, it should have more importance in terms of literature in order to inform the population about this issue, thus achieving a possible decrease in the physical and mental sequelae of the victims. It was evidenced in the search, the negligence of education that exists in part of the personnel that provides attention to the victims, and this is reflected in the number of cases that have not even been reported by the victims.
