Item Factores biopsicosociales influyentes en la interrupción voluntaria del embarazo: Revisión bibliográfica(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2021) Aux España, Yury Catherine https://orcid.org/0000-0003-1255-7845; Triviño Castro, Laura Camila https://orcid.org/0000-0003-3149-3701; Meneses Muñoz, Jeferson https://orcid.org/0000-0001-8409-3379; Bambague, Goldy https://orcid.org/0000-0001-5279-5501The decision of the voluntary interruption of pregnancy has factors that influence, one of them is the representation and legal approval of practicing an IVE and the biopsychosocial variables that help determine the women to make said decision. OBJECTIVE. This objective of this article is to inquire about the biopsychosocial factors that influence the decision by women at any stage of their fertile life to have a voluntary interruption of pregnancy by searching for articles in scientific databases between the period 2011- 2021. METHODOLOGY. Systematic review in databases such as Scielo, Science Direct, Scopus, PubMed, Google Academic and Taylor & Francis, government entities, between 2011-2021, using the DeCS and MeSH descriptors, selecting 56 articles according to established criteria. RESULTS. It was found that that the WHO recognizes health not only as the absence of physical disease but as the state of well-being in all biopsychosocial aspects that make up women in this case, the only existence of a factor that puts women’s health at risk it is sufficient cause to interrupt the pregnancy for this reason the three causes stated in judgment C355 are factors that affect the voluntary interruption of pregnancy. CONCLUSION. There are several variables to consider for the practice of the voluntary interruption of pregnancy, especially related to the family environment, work or academic opportunities, and mostly due to the lack of support from a sentimental partner
