The present investigation addresses as a problem, inquire about the effect of the use of mobile applications, specifically, the Aplication “English Pronunciation”, in the learning of oral skills in English. It was approached from the interpretative paradigm of research, by means of a mixed design to give an answer to the subject of the application with an experimental group and a control group, in the same way qualitative information about the participants experience was analyzed. As a result of the research, it was found that the use of the application had a positive effect to improve the performance level of the participants. When analyzing the qualitative data, it has been found that the reason may be that the students in the control group have not used the APP. They demonstrated a natural way of interacting with applications and ICTs, which allows us to open the discussion around educational practices.
