Item Propuesta de mejoramiento utilizando la filosofía de gestión 9s para el almacenamiento de producto terminado en una empresa de envasado de aceite vegetal localizada en Cali Valle(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2020) Canchimbo Zapata, Liseth Dayana; Riascos Rodríguez, Jan Francisco; Cortes Vásquez, Mónica Andrea (Directora)The storage area of the vegetable oil marketer located in Cali Valle, presents drawbacks due to inadequate forms due to lack of operating procedures and monitoring of the activities carried out in the treatment of receipt and dispatch of the finished product (FP), derived from poor cleaning, organization and labeling practices of the goods stored and temporarily located in the picking area, as well as, the lack of a culture of self-care in the personnel, reflected by their careless activities in operating the machines and the mandatory inappropriate use of personal protection elements, which represents 2% of absenteeism due to disabilities every fortnight, Another factor that affects the productive and financial performance are returns, since 5% of deliveries are returned due to lack of coordination. Therefore, it is intended to make an improvement proposal based on the 9s management philosophy in the reception and dispatch of the FP, to meet this objective, a diagnosis of the current conditions of the storage area was carried out, subsequently, the classification of the phases of the management methodology for warehouse improvement actions was established and finally, procedures and instructions were systematized under the 9s management philosophy. the application of this management proposal contributes to the development of an effective methodology for the organization of products, achieving classification, organization, order, cleaning and standardization of the tools, equipment and required supporting documents, by verifying and monitoring the processes under instructions.
